I love the amount of heroes in the Astros postseason, big or small. Pena, for the clutch hits and amazing defense, Yordan for those legendary homers, Bregman for his consistent clutch hits and amazing defense, Gurriel for his reliability at the plate, Framber for his DAZZLING outings and unhittable curveball, Javier with his cool demeanor and lights-out performance, JV for grinding it out and finally getting that win, Abreu, Montero, Neris, and Ryan freaking Pressly for locking down those tense games, Urquidy and Garcia eating innings when we needed them, Vazquez and Maldy calling fantastic pitches and keeping the other team off their toes, and McCormick and Mancini for those absolutely game saving plays in game 5. Thanks for all the memories boys, 2022 is yours forever.

I have watched NY win a championship from my living room in Brooklyn back in 78, then move here to HTown which has been home for 40 years now and quite frankly enjoyed seeing the Rockets win back to back championships especially the second one. However, this baseball organization is up there with some of the best I have seen. being in the world series 4 out of 6 years is no small feat. And to win the way they have is just unbelievable. If I never see another championship I will be one of the happiest man when I leave this earth. History has been good to me.

Yordan's 3-run bomb heard round the world was a majestic shot that shocked the Phillies into knowing that they were going to lose. They had to be thinking that they wasn't going to score 3-4 runs off of their bullpen. After the 7-0 game 3 Astros pitching took over and they couldn't string together hits to make a rally. When they did hit it hard it was an out.

It was a special season, what they did this year, when Yordon hit that game winning home run against Seattle I knew they were gonna win. And it’s fitting that Yordon hit the game winning home run in game 6th. Even though our big hitters didn’t hit great, our pitching is what won it for us. People will always say we cheated, I don’t think that will ever go away. You have to appreciate what Houston has done this year. What an incredible win for the Astros and what an unbelievable rookie year for Jeremy Pena!! That young man was born to play baseball and he played a significant role in putting the Astros in the World Series, and also, in helping them win!! I must also point out that Yordan Alverez was a force to be reckoned with too! So many of his homeruns were absolutely staggering and, how many times did Kyle Tucker save the day!! As a lifelong Astros fan, Yordan's home run was the reversal and death of all the Astros past postseason failures, especially at home. The Pujols shot off of Lidge in 2005 and subsequent WS loss to the White Sox in the next series, the collapse against Boston in 2018, the Kendrick foul pole homer in 2019, Soler sending one into the next time zone in 2021, and even going further back, the absolute heartbreakers of the two NLCS losses against the Phillies in 1980 and the Mets in 1986. Then there's even the NLDS collapses of the 1990's Astros. However, with one swing, it was ALL erased. With their win at home as Kyle Tucker caught the final out, the Astros finally conquered all their past demons and put them to pasture, finally being able to once again call themselves World Series Champions and capping what just might be the greatest single-season postseason run in baseball history. Going 11-2, starting 7-0 sweeping two series, and coming back from two devastating losses to win 3 out of the last 4 games to win the WS, not to mention the no-hitter and ridiculous bullpen statistics. They're also the only team ever to start the playoffs 7-0 and win the World Series in the DS era. No, team, and no fanbase has gone through more to deserve a Championship - and the Astros capped their 60th Anniversary season the way Judge Roy Hofheinz always wanted starting back in 1962 - as Champions.

Watching all of Minute Maid Park sing and yell "We are the Champions" was amazing! I went to Game 6 of the 2021 World Series, unfortunately the Astros couldn't force a Game 7. I had parked my car in a parking garage, and I headed that way after the game. As I was descending the parking garage in order to exit, there was a vehicle full of Braves fans. All windows were down and they were blasting the song "we are the champions" and yelling/singing along all while sneering at me and all Astros fans. Fast forward one year, and the Astros are the CHAMPIONS and got to celebrate at home!!!

- The Possible dreams of Jeremy Peña - For a player best known for his defensive skills, - geronimo Peña number 3 provided a stellar attack in the World Series- And as if it were a routine game in May it was instead the crossed fate of November on him "the rookie with a thousand hot springs" and in the greatest season of his life. Peña finished the postseason with an average of .345 batting, four homers, eight RBI and 1,005 OPS. He also became the first SSshortstop rookie to win a Gold Glove, as well as the first homer in the World Series, and the first rookie hitter to win the World Series MVP in the history of possible dreams. What do I think of Jeremy Peña? He's got a clear head and clear mind, he's just plain dude, educated with people and in the family, he is very involved in the mental game on himself, he is hungry for victories because youth enters your blood ... and then he is curious to experiment and learn from those who love baseball for the love of the game.

This was beautifully done. I could watch this everyday. It's so inspiring and to hear about all the sacrifices the players made to get to the world series makes this even more inspiring. They never gave up or loss focus of their goal. Such amazing athletes. We can learn alot of lessons from this video. I already miss baseball so I'll probably be watching this a gazillion times before opening day March 30 😅😅😅😅

This has to be one of THE memorable post-season in Astros history. Yeah, it was 2 sweeps and a 6-game win but man? Yordan walkoff and 2-run hr next game, 18th inning with the "see it rise" hr from Pena against the Mariner in the ALDS and then sweep the Yankees in ALCS which is always a plus in any year. They lost in game 1 but still a great game in the WS, Framber looking like an ace, no-hitter in game 4 after Lance got pummeled, game 5 redemption for Verlander with two outstanding defensive play from Mancini and Chaz and of course game 6 with the batters eye HR.. Amazing run, do it again next year.

Same. My grandparents took me to the last game at the Astrodome. Going through all the struggles in the 2010's, the depressing loss to KC in 2015, but then the rise in 2017 to now. H-Town till I die.

Great video, man. Love it. I got very emotional watching this. I am still on cloud 9 from their WS win Saturday. I was paiently waiting for a new video from you, and I wasn't expecting such a long thorough one (that's what she said). Pleasant surprise. Astros for life. This is my team, win or lose. It's such a great feeling being able to put 2005 and 2017 and all those L seasons to rest. We are finally a dynasty. What a time to be an Astros fan. The Golden age of Astros baseball. Here's to 2023 and going for another title. Only 142 more days and counting until opening day

Great doc, my finance, and i was at game 6, i’m just now getting my voice back. I’ve bled orange since 86, year my dad took me to my first game at the dome. Loved every moment of the Rockets back to back chips, but was to young to appreciate how hard it is to win even one chip. 2017 definitely counted, and I still call BS for our punishment, when every team was doing something shady. Still hate losing Hinch, but love how the Astros just took on us versus the world, and responded to other teams fans heckling by sending🖕right back at them, but with our play. We were able to go to 1 World Series game, and picking game 6, still blows my mind how lucky, and fortunate we were. It’s been a few days, and I still can’t believe it, and catch myself watching videos I took in disbelief. Again this Doc was awesome, I will definitely watch it multiple times, loved the music choices too weirdly. lol GO STROS!!!

I got engaged on my birthday (the first game back from the All Star Break) in Chicago vs the White Sox and thought winning the 2021 WS would make it all the sweeter. Since all my family is in Houston and I'm now in Indiana, we planned the wedding 2 years out (wedding is October 2023) and I had been rooting all the harder for this team to stay connected to my friends and family back home who were also watching this amazing team. Badass work bro, thanks for your work on this video and all your Stros videos man, it really means a lot to have a content creator who's on my side wholeheartedly and loves this team as I do 🫶

Redemption stories are so special, and this is what this victory meant to the Astros, the city of Houston and every fan who stood by the Astros in spite of everything the team went through for the past 5 years. Perhaps is because I’m a woman of faith, but this Astros postseason felt like it was guided by a higher power. I truly believe this because our team had to endure so much pain from the sign stealing scandal, which was so hypocritical since EVERY TEAM has done it at one point or another, but our team stepped up, owned their mistake and move on to show everyone that we’re the best team in baseball, at least for the foreseeable future. Thank you for this great video, I’ve seen it several times, but I wanted to share my gratitude for compiling it for us lifelong Astros fans. 💙⚾️🧡
