I miss them. Especially Derek but the story is about. Meredith and the writers have done a fantastic job in keeping the audience engrossed. I hope it stays on the air for a long time. Of course if Ellen Pompeo decides she's had enough it will end.
I never watched this show until about 2 weeks ago, I binged watched all 18 seasons and I thoroughly enjoyed it. This episode was my absolute favorite. I searched this song specifically when the last episode went off bc her voice is so moving and emotional. I think I'll watch all 18 again....... I am invested.
Honestly the best decision I made in 1st lockdown and I’m now rewatching it for me 50000th time. Its my fav thing in the world but not the same without MAGIC and Callie and a few others 😭
As much as I love Brandi Carlisle, Sara Ramirez is the one I wake up to EVERY SINGLE DAY! She has the most moving voice that I've heard in the last 68 yrs. Thank you Sara for bringing me to life every single day- I simply adore you and all that you stand for.
I was never a big Grey's Anatomy fan, but I just got lucky the night this episode aired. And I bawled like a baby through the whole thing. And it still has the power to bring me to tears.
April and Matthew's second wedding, which was were alex was jo were sapose to get married Alex and jo get married same time but on the ferry boat on the way home with all their guests, While this song plays.....
And that's the actual significance of the song in that scene, she's not singing this to her baby, but to herself, "They don't know who I really am, and they don't know what I'be been through like you do." Powerful shit.
It will always be one of the most intimate soul touching parts of the show!! This is when I knew that the actors were more than just characters! This is the reality of life.... I cry every time I hear this. I love to sing this song. One day I want to sing this on stage.. even if it’s just for me!!! 😂
NoahBoah hi (I see this is from a YEAR AGO you were asking about this eppy & not being able to access it, I can look and see if I can send you a LEGIT link (I'm not a weirdo that posts links for money blah blah yuck) if you still need help I don't mind searching it down and sending to you. Because this is an episode that needs to be accessible it's that good. I'm glad people are getting the episode and loving it, and to think that Sara And Shanda Rhimes had to pitch ABC HARD CORE to even make this episode was a huge ordeal, and when ABC said OK, they had little prep time, the cast and crew were amazing...Fun Fact for those who just are learning Sara Ramirez can SING, she is so good she's a TONY AWARD WINNER. 💟😊🎼she's pretty special, and I so hope she returns to Greys real soon, she's been very very missed.
This is the best version of this song in my opinion. I am honest with you: I didn't like this musical episode at all, but the songs (especially The Story, Breathe and Chasing cars) made me cry so hard until my eyes started to hurt! The Story is such a wonderful and yet so sad song and Sara sung this song more than perfect. She has a stunning voice and her performance in the musical episode was incredible good! You are amazing Sara :)
Okay I'm not sure what you mean by that guy is a wonderful thing to you with the information that I need to get together with you and I will have to get my hair cut
She really sings about herself and how she sees her life and she sings about the things who have made her happy and how she now thinks what is the really important things in life at her age,not the same she thought some years earlier when she was younger. The things that really is important at the end is not money or nice things, no Love. To have a special person in her life to give all the love to and who is loving her back, good friends that are true and give you honesty and loyality and who make you feel good about yourself. She sings about how grateful she is for Arizona and Mark and how blessed they are for having the newborn beautiful baby in their life.. she sings the Story of her life..
That verse really resonates with her life, look at the major changes in her life in the last 6yrs. Truly, she was hiding her pain with smiles, glad she broke free and living her life by her terms ❤🥰
Silagane isnt this the episode When she gets in that car accident when Arizona proposes to her? And she was hallucinating and other doctors were singing? I LOVE THAT EPISODE
I am so in love with her voice! The musical episode was such a great idea! I mean, these actors are there to act not sing but they all have SUCH amazing voices!!! OMG!!
I came here after the S14 finale and I’m literally sobbing. I can’t believe that April and Arizona are leaving. I will forever miss April, Arizona, Callie, Derek, George, Lexie, and Mark. Somebody please tell me to stop crying 😞
question: Literally nobody likes April, BUUUT, when somebody says something mean or does something mean to her, we defend her and love her with all our hearts
Sara Ramírez has a great and amazing talent, but also has an excellent academic preparation in musical comedy, a technique of singing and perfect acting. A true artist, very complete that ensures quality in everything she does. Love her
I know another musical episode won’t be the same without Lexie Mark Teddy and Callie, but am I the only one who wants another musical episode? I loved hearing Meredith and Arizona.❤️
'' hi baby, I'm a little messed up too but we're going to be fine, OK?'' That really got me! I love how this song is just for Arizona and Sofia and all she wants is for herself to wake up because she loves them so much and she can't leave them. She was made for them
Sara is so amazing... 💙💟💚💜💛 I cry every time i hear this song cause all i can picture is her grabbing her ankles to wake up. 😭 Her voice is so beautiful it makes me cry.
