Star Scramble was a big part of my primary (junior) school days. We would always play Star Scramble on this weird website with loads of flash games and have an absolute blast. Just... a great memory of my childhood :)

Wrong, you and DGR are all fools. How do you guys NOT see that Mario was sometimes doing a high jump? All DGR needed to do was high jump over the dang wall, but he didn't notice the high jumps or try to figure it out.

YOOOO I remember playing all of these games for hours and hours back in the day. Especially Super Mario 63, Super Smash Flash 1&2, and A Koopa's Revenge 1&2. Super Mario 63 might be my favorite flash game of all time, and A Koopa's Revenge 2 is also really good.

Well you could've gave Smash Flash a DGR out of 5 Craigs! Oh also do a sequel because there are still quite some good flashgames out there, like Super Mario 63, A Koopa's Revenge 1 & 2, Regular Toad Game, New Super Bowser World, Mario Kick Ass, etc.

my old go to flash game was super mario flash 2, a super mario world inspired game. it was so accurate to the original that it felt like dlc for it. it was a world map, secret exits and just overall pretty good level design

There was a game I used to play on my pc all the time. It was a side scrolling game with a character that looked kinda like Luigi but I can’t find it. It was in the super Mario world style and super weird but so much fun and cool.

I used to play super smash flash (1 I think) when I was 9 years old (so like 2010) with my 7 year old sister, and it led my older brother to get a gamecube with melee (and zelda twilight princess) so we could try the real thing. changed my life forever i swear

Another though unrelated series of flash games defying their coding would be the Epic Battle Fantasy games, they evolved quite a bit between each entry as an expanding rpg. That and Starwish, a shmup with an unusual but impressively written story and good music to back it.

theres one i cant remember the name of, but it was a tower defense shooter, tons of enemies run at the castle and you gotta shoot em before they hit the castle, and the graphics were decent for flash. its mario themed too.

This is a really fun video xD I remember having played the Star Shines one & Super Smash Flash 1 as a kid Not sure if it's on there, but Super Mario Flash & Super Mario Flash 2 were a big part of my childhood. They both have a Level Editor option and there used to be a whole community of level creators sharing levels with each other on the "pouetpu-games" site that the game and its sequel was hosted on. I spent like 5-6 years there and it was pretty great, kinda like an unofficial Super Mario Maker before the real thing came into existence. I've really got those 2 flash games to thank for me being super hyped for Mario Maker & Mario Maker 2, it's just a bit bittersweet that they're mostly gone now and the community doesn't exist anymore. The levels are saved as large piles of text code so they're sharable despite being for a flash game. I've only used those 5-6 years of Custom Mario Levels experience to make 2 levels in Mario Maker 2 though, whoops xD (I didn't have Mario Maker 1 unfortunately)

99.9% sure it'd be on there, they got literally (From their website) 88,034 Entries of flash games. Yes, of flash games, as in they have a couple dozen other web formats archived too! It's a wonderful program.

One day I played the most memorable flash mario game ever. It was kinda "mario run", except for one thing. When you start the level, an advertising comes from nowhere. And as you can't skip the advertising for five seconds, mario dies before you even can see the screen. Sad.

Super Smash Flash 2 is so good because it has had 14 years of constant development, and the team has slowly expanded as the game has. (Still being updated, has online lobby, controller support, and the team does "McleodGaming Directs" for updates.)
