My prediction for the upcoming chapter: - We get the reaction of everyone complaining about the end of the message. - The Elders question about keeping York alive after everything that happened until now. - After the Seraphim were set free, they receive a new order to help the Elders kill the SH & their allies by any means necessary, but S-Snake & S-Bear show some hesitation. - The Iron Giant gets back up which shocks everyone. - At the end of the chapter, we get yet another figure revealing themselves. - No break next week. As for where the SH may go next, I believe that instead of going straight to Elbaf, Luffy & the others will meet up with Hancock & her group!

If the crew gets separated again i can’t imagine how much more power ups the monster trio can get, not to mention everyone else. I can’t wait to see what Oda is cooking in that brain of his.
I don’t think they’re gonna get split up honestly. Like the whole point of them splitting up in Sabaody is that they were too weak. They’re supposed to be stronger now. The point of the parallels is to show how far they’ve come. Luffy in Sabaody couldn’t do anything against Kizaru, so when Kizaru showed up in Egghead, Luffy got to show how much more powerful he’d gotten by matching Kizaru blow for blow. They should be strong enough to stick together and all survive together this time.
@@axedrel211 it all can be done in a next arc or two, luffy in wano went from getting one shot by kaido to defeating him, so zoro that can already wounds slightly kaidou could go from his yc level to beating mihawk in 1 or two arcs easily. When it comes to luffy g5 being unreliable i mean that was always the case with luffy, all of his top forms were unreliable ever since his gear 2-3 forms its common trope at this point and it didnt stop him from defeating stronger and stronger villains, it was just used to add tension in the story they dont need to be seperated for timeskip arc to get stronger it can all be done within next arcs, and they are not that far off. But they could split to deal with different arcs or something like that rather then training, but it would be hard to imagine a arc that has no luffy in it, since it didnt happen yet would more likely be similiar to whole cake/wano seperation.
Random idea to get to Laugh Tale since it's almost guaranteed to be underwater? Laboon. Crocus made it so he can even have full sized ships inside of him, and Crocus supposedly told Laboon about his journey with Roger.
IVE SOLVED IT!!! WATER LUFFY FOR THE WIN!!! JoyBoy: Had the Nika fruit, and knew what it was, allowing him to fully unlock the nika form without having immense haki. I believe he likely preferred using his powers to free people and escape rather than actively fight. If you were with joyboy, you would be free without having to fight. Therefore, when he lost his mother flame to imu, he couldn’t use the ancient weapon and reverse its damage, he broke his promise and wasn’t strong enough to reverse the damage he caused using the ancient weapon to save the day. He didn’t know that with haki too, nika was the mother flame. Roger: Immense Haki, but didn’t have the fruit, and he realized since he found the one piece, and was getting out of his prime, it’d be useless for him to leave and try to find the fruit, only to come back and fight as an old man. He was hoping sending the next generation after the OP would eventually in a user of the fruit also seeking the OP. Luffy: Has the fruit, and is building his haki with every battle. He’ll have the haki to create a BROTHER flame (aces flame) and use the ancient weapons with the Voice of all things. Using the powers of nika, he will reverse the flooding, it’s been foreshadowed by the giant straw hat, and alabasta, and by WB and Kuzan being able to affect the ocean with their fruits. WATER LUFFY WILL DRINK THE EXTRA WATER, BECOME A GIANT, TAKE TGE GIANT STRAW HAT SO IT FITS, AND BE A GIANT PIRATE KING
it has nvr once been mentioned that joyboy didn’t like to fight or that being with him was good cause he didn’t like fights… IN FACT the recent reveals lean on the side that he was like roger adventurous free and definitely liked his fights. jb was literally the first pirate and went to war with the government
Honestly I don’t think they’re gonna split up. Yes, they split up in Sabaody, but the whole POINT of the parallel is to show HOW FAR THEY’VE COME. Like, imagine if Luffy was equally incapable of fighting Kizaru in Egghead as he was in Sabaody because of “parallel”. That would be STUPID. The whole point of the parallel is that Luffy is a hundred times stronger now, and where he once was helpless against Kizaru, now he can match him. In that sense I don’t think the Straw Hats will get split up. They only got split up before because they were too WEAK. They’re SUPPOSED TO BE STRONGER NOW.
lol u know there’s a big gap between new yonko and old gen like the old guys can fight for over 10 days straight if they wanted to and luffy at max lasts 2 days and + kaido was way overpowering luffy and luffy needs to close that gap in base form and improve haki and zoro needs to go above yonko at the end of the story and not even 2 first commanders could take down the yonko I mean they are just built different idk if the old yonko got more haki to store and use so they’d fight for longer as they r giant idk
I think Sabaoody Arc is not a good example on how this split would come up.. since they were completely split and spend a lot of time away from each other.. Dressrosa would be an way better example, where part of the crew stayed on Dressrosa to fight the big guys whille the rest continues to Zou. Same thing could happen in Egghead i guess

More details of the chapter thanks to Redon. Very short chapter of 13 pages. Chapter 1,118: "Be free" ("3" in japanese). Ogre Child Yamato's Golden Harvest Surrogate Pilgrimage, Vol. 8: "Yamato leaves the Flower Capital while is eating a bento". Chapter starts where last one ended. We can see that Ancient Giant Robot is sinking under the sea after Warcury's attack. It thinks about Joy Boy while is sinking. Ancient Giant Robot: "Where are you, Joy Boy? I thought you were here just a moment ago..." After that, we can hear a little bit more of Vegapunk's message, only just his voice from the Special Den Den Mushi. Vegapunk: "The name is..." Then we can see some reactions around the world about the interruption of Vegapunk's message. In Arabasta we see Kohza and Toto with other citizens. Kohza: "..." Arabasta citizens: "Assassination from someone...!? He talked about "sins" didn't he...!! Could it be that he was erased by the World Government... No way, did you guys forget that Vegapunk was held hostage by "Straw Hat Luffy"!! Obviously the pirates are the ones to blame!!" Cut to Whisky Peak, where we can see Mr. 9 and Miss Monday (and their son) with other citizens. Whisky Peak citizens: "No matter what kind of "sins" he committed, I can't imagine that the World Government would try to kill the world's number one genius over them...!!" In Dressrosa, we see Rebecca and Leo talking about Luffy. Leo: "So is it Luffyland after all..." Rebecca: "Of course not!!" Back to Egghead Island. York informs Five Elders that there are still 2 Vegapunks remaining: Lilith and Atlas. York says too that "Punk Records" will continue to grow even after Stella's death. Five Elders decide that their next priority is eliminate the remaining Vegapunks except York. Luffy, Dorry and Brogy reach the shore and jump to Elbaf ship, joining with Bonney, Sanji and Franky. Marines say the giants are just too tough but they can't let them get away when they brought many battleships from Marine HQ to stop them. Bonney turns Vice Admirals Bluegrass and Doll into little girls (and "Sea Beast Weapon" that Bluegrass was riding too), allowing Elbaf ship to set sail. Doll: "Curse you Bonney...!!" Bluegrass: "I feel ashamed of my current helplessness... What an absurd ability...!!" Bonney: "Wouldn't it be a big issue for you if I got away, Marines!?" Suddenly, Luffy returns to "Gear 5" form and gets out of ship to fight again (Luffy's power makes the sea and ships shake). Luffy talks to Bonney. Luffy: "Bonney!!" Bonney: "Ah!! Nika!!" In the double page of the chapter, we can see giant Bonney in "Nika form" (with the same pose Luffy has in One Piece Volume 106 cover) along with giant Luffy using "Gear 5" (Luffy is laughing like the first time we saw "Gear 5" in Onigashima). Bonney's transformation is exactly the same as Luffy's: white clouds floating around her neck, white and curly hair, white clothes (except her sash), eyes with ring-like pupils... Marines and giants are surprised seeing them. Giants: "What is that!? Woah, there are 2 Nikas!!" Marines: "Are those white giants!?" Warcury and Ju Peter sense a weird presence, so they are hurrying towards Elbaf ship. Luffy and Bonney are ready to face Mars. Mars: "...!!" Luffy: "Let's go!!" Bonney: "Yeah!!" In the final panel of the chapter, we see that Ancient Giant Robot activates again under the sea... Ancient Giant Robot: "He's here..." End of chapter IT'S FK HAPPENING!
It makes sense to me that laugh tale is underwater for a simple reason. We know several crews have already 3 road poneglyphs. Why can't they just sail from one island to the other diagonal island? The should eventually stumble upon laugh tale right? So the question is why are the 4 road poneglyphs necessary giving you the exact point where the 2 lines cross? So it makes sense only if when sailing in a diagonal you wouldn't be able to see laugh tale. Therefore it is either in the sky or underwater. More likely underwater. Does that make sense?
You can’t just travel diagonally using three poneglyphs. There are technically still infinitely many points that could make up the intersection of four poneglyphs. Visiting all possibilities would take too long.
I could honestly see the crew splitting to two as almost believable as long as Usopp is the captain on one side to fulfill his lie about him being “the captain of the straw hats”
Garp being captured and therefore mirroing Ace's capture, makes me think it will be a public execution of Garp, with this time Yonko Luffy storming pirate island with the Grand Fleet. Maybe, just maybe Sword will take the role of Shanks in that case, as the ones to end the war.
Some knowledge he learned on the moon? He did find some interesting things on the moon and the skypeans, Shandorians and Birkans must have a connection to the voice century!
Egghead was Goated arc, Hopefully Elbaf arc will be for Usoop he might get a devil fruit? or even learn advanced forms of Haki? or he even meet Yasoop there with Shanks lol 😆

Yasop will tell Usopp that he has been having future sight his whole life and has the best future sight in the series and then the giants heard that a day will come when a long nose human who can see everything in the future will come and lead elbafs army also I think Usopp will be able to coat his slingshot with advanced conquerors and 1 tap van augur

I mean if you think about it her story is pretty much done. She set out to find Kuma and Nika. She's with Kuma and now she knows Luffy is Nika. As a 12 year old kid she has already been through a lot plus she doesn't have another goal/dream. I'd be ok if she tried to seek out some help for her dad bot.
A possibility of how half of the straw hat crew whould be split up is that luffy zoro and sanji hold off gorosei to give the rest of the crew time to escape and a possible outcome of how the monster trio could also escape is if Kuma ends up dying at the end his demon fruit respawns and one of the non demon fruit wielders of the straw hats end up eating it they would have to stay behind to help them teleport off of egghead
i think itd be super cool if the crew splits up into small groups with 1 of the stronger people per group, having said person teach the rest of the group haki, and generally training them. we all know that aside from the monster trio and jinbe, the haki in the strawhats is basically non-existant. having these group-ups could also serve to strengthen the bond between individuals in the crew. id say groups like zoro training robin and brook in armament haki, sanji training usopp and franky in observation haki, and luffy and jinbe teaching nami and chopper the general forms of haki. maybe it could even allow certain people in the crew to unlock their conquerers haki, characters like sanji and usopp who have long been rumored to unlock it (although i do think usopp will still unlock it in elbaf). its also possible that these groups could split up and meet back up with previous characters we expected would join the strawhats. characters like carrot, yamato, and bon clay, who are strong and have majorly helped throughout the strawhats' journey, but still feel left out, like they were always intended to join.
I got a theory based on what we already learned or theorized about Imu my theory is Imu from the god valley or the void century. so going by the name Imu = sea and Imu turning it around is Mui = void/emptiness/nothingness. Then you got the name Cobra said Lily. Lily of the valley which is the flower name, so we got the lily which can mean Amazon lily, we got void valley aka god valley or void century and we got the fact that D is involved. Shanks found the Nika fruit and waited for the pirate(Luffy) who inherited Roger’s will in Roger’s home sea(East Blue). Also has the strength now to help Luffy make the final push to finding the One Piece. Crocus waited at the entrance of the grand line. To make sure the crew was properly informed and healthy since he’s a doctor. Rayleigh was the Vice Captain and second strongest crew member, so it makes since he was as placed near the heart of world power since Shabody is near both Marijois and Marine Ford. Also as a ship coater he was able to help the crew travel to Fishman Island, and had the strength to protect them from an admiral. If Scooper really is going to make an appearance it has to be near the end of the grandline. It wouldn’t make sense otherwise.
It would be hilarious that instead of them getting a Paper, Shanks had met up with Buggy and convinced Mihawk to give up Buggys body except for his feet, hands, and head. Shanks sends the pieces to the other Roger Pirates, and they all meet up with Buggy again, and use him as a spear head to go meet up with Shanks. Everyone else thinks that Yonko Buggy is going to challenge Shanks, when they're actually going to join Shanks.
if this is a sabaody parallel, what if the ancient weapon took the place of kuma. the world government thinks theyre getting rid of all the pesky islands but the ancient weapon doesnt destroy, it just moves it somewhere else
Vegapunk said " that people in the past in voidcentury did not need to sail in ocean travelling from one island to another was more easier and safe " does that mean the summoning circle used by gorosei was the same method or was at least based on the same principal.
No they didn't need to sail because they could literally just travel overland since the islands of the current era are only the mountains and higher areas of the landmasses that are underwater now.
Someone else had a similar theory about Garp already been saved by Smoker. In one of the manga covers we see Smoker dragging a block of ice somewhere and the theory is that Garp might be in that block of ice. Like Kuzan had frozen Garp in that block of ice as sneaky way to let Smoker save Garp and escape.

A few things occur to me here, Laws Submarine is a good candidate for exploration maybe can be rebuilt and would give Devil Fruit users a way to get to under water civilizations. Secondly maybe the Noahs purpose is to rescue human from the coming flood if coated with an air bubble this may be its purpose and may have been what it had been used for, maybe joy boy knew about another future flood and hid the Noah at fishman island
one thing that stuck with me about dragon was when he stopped smoker in log town he grabbed him by the sea prism stone baton, but is a devil fruit user.
My theory is that the Strawhats (Zoro + Jimbei included) will go to Elbaf without Luffy and Luffy will go to Sphinx island with dorry and Brogy since he hasn’t visited Ace’s grave yet and Sphinx is right around the corner

My theory - Luffy gets injured at the very end of the arc and along with Robin,Nami,Franky and Usopp go to Elbaf. The rest escape and promise to meet up at Elbaf sooner or later but are told to go save Garp and Pudding from Pirate Island. They oblige and do so. The elders and the marines are focused on the war being waged in Marie Geoise by the revolutionary army. Pirate Island is safe from Blackbeard as Blackbeard has gone to fight Shanks on a secluded island. Enel who is somehow related to BB in someway protects the island with BB crew.(Enel has an army. We get a full arc on both Shanks’ and BB’s own backstory after the Enel arc.
Maybe binks sake is the treasure that was left behind which is why they laughed bc the treasure was just a song everyone would sing while sailing. But obviously it was something that was deeper than that so they figured to use the song as a cypher to decode the poneglyph to read the stones and reveal the ancient history. Which is why Rayleigh in the bar said they would maybe come up with something different almost as a tease that would be pretty dope in my opinion
I think that the One Piece could be the receipt for the sake itself, so Luffy can unite the whole world as sake brothers through the kings and queens he befriended since East Blue 🤔🤗.
Did Oda not confirm that the One Piece is gonna be a real treasure and not just firendship, the journey, a feeling, or song. Bink sake is probably just a song that have hidden clues about the One Piece and maybe it have some clue about where One Piece is, but to be the treasure itself makes no sense. Everytime there is a whale the Strawhats get's clues of One Piece or clues of the voice century and one step closer to it all. Bink sake is important but not the treasure.

I could imagine a temporary split. Giving some time for Ussop do to some things on Elbaf on his own. Luffy would totally steal his spotlight, with the giants really loving the Nika. I can't imagine Luffy not going to Elbaf
It looks like theyll be separated but idk. Theres so much going on i wonder if oda would spread the story out that much. I already expect to have a few chapters between egghead and elbaf showing us the after math of vegapunks message
I think we're gonna see a power boost for Nami coming. It's time for her to wake up her haki, plus Zoro being on the Sunny with her would be the ideal sensei to help her harness & control that power while on the voyage to Elbaf. Perfectly ties in with that thumbnail of Nami embodying a warrior-type demeanor & fit.
I don't know what, but something has to happen on Beehive involving Luffy, Smoker, Blackbeard, Dragon, and Garp. There was no clear reason to show Smoker in the latest chapter if he wasn't going to be involved later, somehow. Could be that he gets recruited into SWORD if he isn't a member already.
A time skip would be extremely interesting. Especially if they do save Garp and then we have Garp training Luffy for real instead of just throwing Luffy at wild animals.
i wonder if it's worth looking into where the beam is coming down to essentially smite down islands. Is it from the moon? If so, it might confirm strawhats going to the moon to take down the weapon - or something like that
I never thought of the idea that at the end, the ocean can be un-flooded? I too think the one piece or most of the island is under water since a lot of signs could potentially point to it. I can see maybe a powerful potential attack cracks the earth draining the ocean more into fresh craters probably due to Black Beard using the tremor fruit, or something similar. The water is rising, but at the end the water could get lower. Maybe Noah's arc isn't meant to carry fishmen above the waters, as is a belief that they all thought instead, but carry anyone and everyone to the one piece that's under water, using a massive bubble for the non fishmen?
Blackbeard doesnt even need to use his EQ fruit to get into wano, he has Pizzaru on his side with the islans fruit to just become wano and plop pluton out of the side

That's a cool ass ability and the fact that he can do that makes him so much more threatening and overall makes him even better of a villain that he has such a good crew. Also, acting like the blackbeard pirates have even been shown to be the strongest pirate crew is crazy, blackbeard would lose HARD of he fought any yonko crew right now, including big mom kaido and whitebeard. If anything blackbeard sorry asf and is waiting for the final arc to become the true big bad he's meant to be
I don’t think they’ll split up bc Oda said at one point he wants to bring back funny crew moments more often and that’d be hard if they do but who knows
I took zoro saying they will jump on later literally to mean once they have an opening they will get on the ship and leave too but they have to knock v nasujuro away first, same with luffy and the 2 giant captions will probably get on the giant ship before its too far put to sea (probably a dory and Brogy combo attack to clear a path) so I still think they will somehow all leave together. I also feel like imu is going to call the 5 elders back before the marines can do much else so they can plan damage control from vagapunks message
I just think the crew will he devided into two parts First part will be:Luffy, zoro, sanji, jimbei The second will include the other crew, the main fighters of the crew will go somewhere to train iguess
It would be funny if oda leans into it and has zoro find laughtale before the crew because he got lost. I always wondered if what Rodgers crew saw was possibly a message to them of what they needed to be/ do to help the next coming of nika. Then fruit eats being rejected by the island because it goes against "fate".
I don't think laugh tale is underwater simply because Rogers crew found it, they didn't seem to be under water or at least have bubbles around them so they can breath even tho we did only get a vague glimpse. If it was under water like fishman island then would it have to have a tree by it as well to thrive? There is only 2 that we know of, the one by fishman island and the one that imu is seen by.
I like the idea of Luffy teaming up with Koby to take down Blackbeard Pirates on Hachinosu similar to how Roger teamed up with Garp to take down the Rocks Pirates in God Valley
