The Strength Co Iron Plates Review 

The go to plates!

I always go with these. Plus, being from California, shipping is only $20 and I am 7 hours away from them, living in the Bay Area. These end up being about $60 cheaper than the Rogue deep dish plates with shipping and tax. However, I do own both the deep dish from Rogue and Strength Co plates. Can't go wrong with either plate. The only MAJOR difference, in my opinion, is the back of the plates. Strength Co did a great job with their plates vs. Rogue's. Rogue's deep dish plates (the back part) gets absolutely shredded from a few uses whereas the Strength Co plates hold up very well due to the crumble looking finish on the back. But they are both great.

If I ever had to replace my gym or start over I’d definitely go with these

1.25lb plates are good for loadable dumbbells. Just ordered four of those and four 2.5lbs. Already have a fat stack of Rogue E-coat 10s and 5s. Should be able to load up my DB25-10 dumbells up to 86.5lbs each when they arrive.

These look great. I love em partly because they are forged in my home state 😅

Curious about those intek dbs behind you. What are your thoughts on those? Worth the investment? If so, why?

Curious if anyone has seen that Bells of Steel are going to be releasing deep dish plates similar to Rouge.
