I think it’s interesting to see a company growing. I would enjoy seeing steps from taking someone in to growing them into the top sales people the ups the downs of figuring out sales and the help from someone who’s great at sales and to teach them to become better.

My answer: there are things you should not show on social media and things you should, but don't, Joseph.

@@JosephValente I watched The Pursuit of Happiness 4 times. It's a fantastic movie. Every person who wants to be an entrepreneur should watch this before making the move. They show there every stage that every to-be-millionaire or billionaire will go through before reaching the stars. Glad you appreciate the movie too. I am sure we have a lot in common. And I think I know something about you Joseph, that no one else does. But as predicted - you are haemorrhaging the money now. Focus on the quality and the message you bring to the audience. If I can catch the attention of 10k people on one post within 5 miles from where I live currently without spending a penny, you should have 100k - 1mln views on every video. And you don't. Where is the issue? Think, Joseph, think.

I enjoy you doing stupid shit, fucking around in cars, lobbing things across rooms, but also enjoy the serious moments where you encourage others with motivation quotes.

The production feels really inconsistent, it's probably you trying different stuff to see what works but from a content perspective it comes across as jarring. Also someone should have told you your watch was flashing the camera with the sun reflecting in your second piece to camera in this episode.

What’s wrong with the watch flashing!! Can’t you tell that it’s a documentary and they’re not going to re shoot stuff just because of that! It’s honest

Also you're missing a trick by not calling the sales room the 'boiler room'

Also you should tell people to close their laptops during meetings it's embarassing watching them pretend to look at their screens when you're talking to them

They all look half akip, I've sold for 30 years, they look lethargic, I sold timeshare to people who didn't want it, couldn't afford it, and didn't use it, with a smile .

They are incredible sales numbers for a product that seems to be about getting as many small unconfident-business owners to pay you for advice. I’m sure you have plenty of knowledge and expertise, seeing as your previous companies did so well. With monthly sales that high I’m sure you must of paid off your previous business debtors. All looks a bit wolf of Wall Street to me. You walking around an office laying down the law of sales to a sales team. The level of swearing comes across unprofessional. Looks a bit set up, bit David Brent like. Every business owner that speaks look like they are lacking confidence and think listening to your pitch will significantly improve their business. Confidence comes from adversity, growth comes from working through the bad times. Perseverance is what makes it possible. I don’t believe you’re model of getting as many people to pay for your speeches has the best interest of the people coming there, spending their hard earned money for a few sentences of encouragement and then a load of other stuff that’s not worth anything. My friends told me to have a look at you and see what I think and I’ll be telling them my honest opinion. Hopefully they will not be spending any money on this snake oil pitch. Good luck though. Sounds like your smashing it with them numbers.

I always wonder what the end goals is? You can have every single business being super successful……because there isn’t enough work for that!
