may I ask what in the Sam Hill made you put Japan on 5? There's more militaries better, stronger and larger than Japan's, and Japan doesn't even have a proper military, they call it a "SDF(Self-Defense Force)" and is not meant for offensive operations unlike the others on the list.

Ukraine would win in fair fight with same amount of military in 2014, Ukraine in worst scenario will lose only 4.5 regions, and in best scenario will capture Moskow, its just depends in number of military that USA and Europe are ready to deliver
