he is already subpar base form; the standby adds nothing else outside of the finish effect. He switches from a slot 2/floater to a slot 1 tank, when he is not tanky enough for either? A lot of his defense comes from his passive, which relies on him performing supers, when half his kit is all “additional attack that has a high chance of becoming a super attack”, and he still keeps his fodder 30% super attack raises (and 30% stack on 18ki only). LR SOH Trunks is just not good unfortunately, both animation wise and as a unit, he falls short to even that of AGL VB. Movie 8 SSJ Trio also doesn’t help him as much as a unit like the AGL Metal Cooler duo. Outside of the 30% buff from their Super Attack, Trunks does not fulfill the condition to proc their +77% DEF. So if there is not an other unit that can proc the passive, the whole run can be ruined. (I really do not know why he is not on All-Out Struggle, but on a random tag like Bond of Parent & Child. This is some INT Evo Blue Vegeta having no Super Saiyan type of robbery😭)

I face the same problem And I think it’s because these guys are unit where you really need dupes to be op (full crit and aa) 🤔

Tbf He was actually in contention for strongest tur on release (and for a bit) was the strongest ssj3 unit ingame But unfortunately both the agl ssj3 df s-eza along with agl ssj3 “angel” goku, pushed the str df one out of the spotlight
