Occasionally when i watched it, I didn't understand why they put small tv screens on bumpers and all the other weird stuff. I just thought that it was a american way of modifying cars. Now i know that it's rice rice baby😂
it was the turn of the millennium . We had St Lunatics doing all the baller rap stuff. Big rims, All colors coordinated stuff.. Then with the Fast and the Furious in 2001. c'mon man. It was a different time. and it was NEW to a lot of us.
I remember a friend of who “pimped” his trail blazer back in the days and spent about 20k on his ride thru the years nobody wanted to by it and he had to sell it for 3000 dollars , man what the hell people used to think back in the early 2000s
@Sweetbutter Cupcakes lmao i've been to japan 4 times buddy, i've visited multiple prefectures and I've been to quite a few car meets over there. Most of them are tastefully modded and the ones that are extreme are well executed, even if its not my taste. They don't pretend their driving a race car. They don't rattle can their interior and wheels, they actually put effort into their work and do everything the right way. Japanese people don't half ass anything, if they set out to do something they perfect it. Most Americans don't have this mindset hence why you see trashed jdm cars all over the market. Americans don't respect their cars. (generally speaking)
@@velocity766 vegans and gays are ok to me, but if you have a fucking fake scoops, useless bodykit, fake carbon fiber or a huge ass wing in a fwd car without any downforce in front, we can't be friends
@LPS Rinkeli Sir. What you just said is not what they did in the early 2000's. That's just a fucking meme. Go back and look at some tuner magazines from those times and yes, they did modify their engines. They're not ricers you fuck nugget
I used to watch this every week night on MTV xD Even then I knew it was mostly a joke show, I mean screens in the door panels? WHY!? xD But I have to say, this car turned out pretty okay. Still a meme build, but the body kit, paint job and rims looked good to me!
