My dad was diagnosed with liver cirrhosis three years ago. After watching Dr. Berg’s older videos about liver health, I started giving him 50,000 IU of vitamin D daily, along with co-factors, TUDCA, milk thistle, tocotrienols (a form of vitamin E), and selenium. Now, his liver is back to normal, and he hasn’t needed any medications from his doctor.

One of the biggest game-changers for me was starting to take Vitamin D3 in higher amounts with magnesium. I ride five days a week and have always dealt with cramping issues. For the first time after taking this combo just last week, I had no cramping issues during my recent 60-mile ride.

​@@andres782I don't think you have to drink a lot of water to swallow a few pills. Also,Try emptying your bladder before taking supplements and or before going to sleep.

​@@andres782I take 200 mg of magnesium bisclycinate dissolved in 8 oz of water and I pop 2 grams of glycine in capsule form. Wake up in 2 hours, go to the bathroom, stagger back to bed and go right back to sleep. No problem falling back to sleep!

I told my Dr. Magnesium about what you said in reference to low magnesium and how it can affect how high blood, blood pressure, etc. She acted as though she had never heard of it affecting blood sugar. Some doctors just don't know things.

Woohoo! Liquid dietary iodine has been a game changer for me! I take several drops of it each morning after eating a couple of brazil nuts. I have had chronic right side ovarian cysts for years, iodine stopped this painful condition. Going all carnivore in February 2024, solved or at least improved all of my gut and stomach problems, as well as my autoimmune diseases. I do take D3, K2, selenium, lugol's solution, B vitamins, zinc, magnesium, and vitamin C additionally since 3 months, because I lack of these since decades. Plant based diet over 50 years almost killed me.

Hi Dr Berg.. if u ever feel ur ears ringing it’s because I talk about u ever day.😂 i constantly recommend your videos.. My testosterone is high and my estrogen is super low.. I’m 34 year old female.. I don’t get periods anymore, I know now since I took the blood test that my hormones are imbalanced.. is there an updated video on estrogen and how to get it higher? 😊

I think because the 3 is larger than the 2. Or is it the other way. 2 is less than 3. Whatever ! Lol Seriously, I think since they are really hormones , D2 is only for a specific condition with issues of estrogen or testosterone. Vs. D3 helps balance the correct about calcium taken with K2 to divert calcium to the bones vs into the arteries.

D3 is the active form of vitamin D which you want to take and D2 is the synthetic form of vitamin D which you don’t want to take. I remember Dr. Berg mentioning something like this numerous times in his many vitamin D videos. I hope this helps:)

So helpful. Im trying to fix my chronic pain/immune issue from the inside out, with focusing on specific supplements and a healthy keto/fasting lifestyle because my mobility is limited. Last year I got frank lines on both my ears and I new it was time for me too help my body from years of damage, abuse and stress. As weak, frustrated and limited as i am with the constant pain, fixed income and fear of a stroke Ive been very diligent best i can. Im always grateful I found Dr. Eric Berg, although the brain fog is extremely challenging, he makes the important information that actually helps easy to understand...instead of just popping a pill but instead getting to the root of the problem. Forever grateful.

Dr. Berg, please talk on presavatives used in vitamins, or supplements. I'm not able to take many vitamins that contain magnesium stereate.etc. causes burning, gastritis and nausea. Would appreciate a video on that. Thank you so much for AWESOME advice. 😊👍🌻♥️

❤ In the last video about Vit D you mentioned arthritis. Can you give your recommendations in this direction? My doctor in the USA, during one of the visits to him about arthritis on my fingers gave an answer :)) You won't believe it, this is black humor! "If the bones on your fingers grow and start to hurt, then come and we will cut them off. But for now we can't do anything, arthritis is not curable"!!! 😢😮 The doctor didn't even prescribe tests to diagnose whether it is arthritis or gout and did not recommend a diet :(( Although I told him that both are genetic. We help our body thanks to you, deep bow!!!

Stay away from processed refined flour and sugar. Basically any processed foods. B1 in the form of Benfotsmine, R Lipoic Acid and B6... D3 etc as mentioned above . Drink lots of water. Get exercise. I added Mornings powder mixed with Yarrow powder and or horsetail together. I have found that a combo of all of this has stopped the arthritis inflammation

I have had The Best results with Dr Bergs Vitamin B 1 No more swollen ankles or feet for me. My feet feel so good again. I now can walk more and do a lot more thing. GREAT STUFF!!!

Dr Berg I have been slowly wasting away for the last 30 years. Muscle twitches spasms cramps. I supplement b2 and b3 and have a terrible reaction. No one can help me. I am finding it very difficult to walk now. Scared.
