Dave Lee if I could I'd have two, one for my gaming PC and one for my streaming PC and put them on either side of my desk like bookshelf speakers for the most elegant and simple streaming setup
I pretty much believe that the teal color is going to be way better for that case. :) However, about the video - I enjoyed it more than usual. I am thinking of building the same one in the next couple of months.
Man that case is just a gateway. Soon they'll be tempting you to buy Supreme branded 16Gb RAM slots for 2000$. And Supreme branded air coolers for 800$
I have a good idea! Build so many pcs with simple cases. Then paint them to red and put a supreme logo on it. Sell them 10 times the original price. 😀😎
this is really open to debate and personal opinion, NZXT have great design and in my opinion is prob the best I've seen. 200 euro is really expensive for a case and smaller cases tend to be more expensive then bigger one but 200 euro is wayyyy to much compare to other small cases, I don't see a fair price for the consumer in here.
It would actually cost upwards of 4000$ to laser-cut you a custom one of such quality. That's how much louqe paid for their first pre-production unit. The aluminium is thick, all these wholes must be drilled one by one. The "spine" of the case (the inside) is also made of a thick piece of aluminium. This case makes no compromise on size, on quality and on design. Louqe wanted to create the best itx case, and this itx case is for those who want the best, where price comes second. It's not for everyone and makes no sense if what you care about is achieving the highest framerates at the lowest cost. It is expensive but you certainly get what you pay for (or so backers hope anyway).
@@logandj2399 You can't do English reading, German? Asian? Just buy some DELL if you need a PC? any creative, go for apple! Forget this weird channel! Need Skate Stickers on it?????
Honestly, for once I am disappointed. The video does not look much at what is the most important: the inside and the build. Instead of that we have a debatable "supreme" theme (disguised advert) and not very convincing "Christmas" excuse to make the promotin of a keyboard and mouse...
Whyyy Dave whyyy - the kickstarter just ended.. q.q But this is an awesome case and you did a great paintjob on it (would've prefered your colors though, but still) :)
I almost panicked when I saw the title. Nice video. I wanted to built a compact video editing machine, in the end got to microatx, then the silent cases I wanted meant I ended up just going full size so I can over clock. Love these size cases. Going to miss my shuttle.
How do you make this video and not mention how you accomplished the cosmetic mods? Is that's sticker or stencil? What shade of red? How many coats? Come on Dave
Hi, this is my dream laptop config,(i am a web dev) DELL XPS 17 inch, 1080p non-touch, 120Hz, glossy edge to edge glass, minimal or no bezel 720p webcam on top 16gb single ram, another free slot good 8th gen i7 processor, no graphics card no os/Linux, good full-size keyboard similar to MacBook, with good travel max aluminum design, no plastic, M2 drive(high speed 256gb), (optional) HDD drive space if possible 5+hr battery life, black color Can u please comment on it, or about your dream laptop config.
Hi Dave! I really love your videos, like I have Dell XPS 15 just because of your reviews and I'm thinking of buying Logitech MX Anywhere 2 simply from your recommendation. Now, I know you don't do camera reviews, but there so much choice right now, all these Panasonic, Sony, Olympus compact cameras. Could you do something like a "Best travel camera" video ? Thanks
It's not designer, they limit the stock a lot though and the hype behind it is really strong so after market resale prices are very high. Supreme shirts are only $40 but when they sell out the prices skyrocket. Get your facts right.
Do you recommend the CPU air cooler in this video (NH-L9x65)? Or should I get a water cooler instead? I need it to be as cool as possible but I don't want to get any TopHats. Is there a better cooler (but not too expensive) than the NH-L9x65 and fits in the case? I'll get a GTX 1060 and an i5-8600K if you need to know.
Thanks man! Such a great video... it actually got me thinking about building a own PC after years of using only a mac.... so what components would you recommend? As far I understood that you're using the GTX 1080 and a Ryzen CPU. But what about the motherboard? Which one would you recommend? And why not using an Intel CPU?
@ 1:56 What about GPU temps? Also I think the Ncase M1 is better. I have one as my main and it's awesome. You can do a full custom water cooling loop in it if you wanted with an external reservoir. Or add in AIO for both cpu and gpu. And use more powerful CPU coolers like the U9S with dual fans. That's what I use on my 7700k and a 1080ti FTW3. Adding those top hats will make this bigger than the M1. Plus no front i/o is a no go.
Hey, I totally love the case and the ideas! I really want to do a Supreme case and might use it in a setup video, but I'll totally give you credit! Is it okay if I use your idea?
The Question of my Life (very actual in case of growing popularity of small PC cases or cases with windows) Dear community and testers ! I‘ve checked all of the internet but I still haven’t found accurate test and clear answer - do psi extenders (risers) effect performance in gaming ? Because the fact that increasing length leads to bigger latency and the bigger latency leads to slowing of the speed of exchanging data between GPU and the other PC components is evident. Games (in opposite to synthetic test) are continuing data exchange with GPU during the whole session, not only before start. So it seems to me that different GPUs with different values of GPU memory in different games with different lengths (and maybe even quality) of PCI extenders could show different results of such influence. Or maybe this influence so small that doesn’t worth mentioning. I will be happy with any help - clear Information, trustworthy links, accurate tests. Thank you very much)
What laptop do you recommend up to 900$ with a good display to watch videos/movies and play games (not much)?? And by the way, in the giveaway that NVIDIA is doing, Portugal is out of the countries that can participate. But in yours, is it included?? Thank you
For all you guys and gals commenting on how expensive this tiny case is, it's because it comes with a PCIe riser card. A good quality riser costs over $100 alone. Of course you can always go with a Radioshack-quality riser card that costs $20 but your 1080Ti will run like a 1060.
HAY DAVE ! after watching your video (best screen laptop for 1000$) purchased the Asus GL503. I am very happy to report that the screen is in-fact fabulous but its a bit greenish (not calibrated) I spent all my dough on it and cannot buy a calibration device, Is there are any other way that I can do it, not super accurate but still close enough ?
Hi Dave, nice build. I understand that you found Supreme to be a nice brand to try on the case however isn't Supreme overshadowing the makers of the actual case? It's kind of like taking an Adidas shoe and re-branding it with Nike or whichever brand is cooler. Double branding is a little bit confusing. If it was me I would've just branded it GHOST after the original name with an awesome paint to match. All in all the paint job came out great.
Does anyone know: Would this case fit the new, yet-to-be-released, gaming version of Nvidia Volta? For example, the Tesla V100 is supposed to have a die size of 815mm2, but I m not sure the outer dimensions have been released yet.
*Hypebeast Me* : I NEED IT!!! *sensible me* : no bruh it’s super expensive and you don’t evenhave a computer *Hypebeast Me* :but it’s supreme.. *sensible me* :Well then that changes everything! Buy that shit!
Dave, this case is not impressive, either. It's far too wide to really be any different from the usual ITX offerings. I've been a small case fan for over a decade, and this, albeit smaller than your previous case, is just another fat ITX case. To squeeze the best power/size ratio out of a small case, there are ITX solutions out there with low profile height, external PSU support to handle what you've got, and using a low profile video card with a riser on the same level as the ITX board, not like this expensive ass case here that adds thickness. Also it's not even an original idea.
*supreme releases a pc* Supreme: Hey we made a pc here’s the specs Core i3,gtx 750ti,8gb ram,500gb storage, and are logo. All for a total of 1200$ Hype beast:😮🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️
I really like these small bills, but what I want more than anything is competition for the corsair bulldog. A bare-bones system where you supply GPU,CPU and hard drives would be perfect. Include a decent power supply, and I really think they would sell like hotcakes.
Love the case a lot of people hate on supreme because “oh it’s just a logo” “why would you spend 1k on a tee” “Kanye is gay” (yes I know Kanye has nothing to do with supreme). But the culture around it and how you can connect to other people through it is cool. And btw I just bought 2 supreme tees for 88 dollars (not 1k)
Problem with all these awesome SFF cases (example Dan Case and this one) is that I sooo want them, but you can't buy them ... they are part of some kickstarter with no sign of full production dates and patchy deliveries once in a while. Why can't one of the mainstream manufacturers like Phanteks or Nzxt make one
I loooove sff pc cases (please join r/sffpc btw!) but they’re too expensive :( I personally own SG13 from Silverstone and I’m not complaining any of it but I wish there are more budget options that have the internal layout of Dan A4 or this Ghost case
HAPPY NEW YEAR idk if you recieved this early or late but at my place its new year so thank yoi for being part of my 2017 you are the best youtuber!!!!! And cant wait to watch your videos this 2018
Could you compare the ghost to the Dan A4 SFX? They both seem to be smaller than the NCase M1 and I’d appreciate a comparison either between the Dan Case and the Ghost or among all 3 cases (include the M1). Thanks!
why not leave it grey or white? It looked so clean and.. dare I say... "apple" like. But it's your case, I get what you were going with. It's got a really low profile, I almost feel like going with something like this for a future build. Though I think it would look too fancy for my house...
i saw this case on JayzTwoCentz channel it looks really nice , he had a few problems, but he was setting a gigantic GPU inside this case but it looks so simplistic. Amazing work from the who developed this case.
I can't stand supreme... it's over rated, over priced and cheaply made. If you want a classic supreme hoodie just go on one of those "make your own hoodie" websites and stick the supreme logo on it for like 20$.
Hi Dave. I just build a new PC in a Ghost S1 Mk3. I have the silver one but the top is black. I'd like to paint this white as I think it would look better. Did you do any prep before painting?
