The Swamptones at Naomi's Bar, Dallas, TX 1995 

Dallas, Texas local Cajun/zydeco band, The Swamptones performing at their first public gig at the legendary Naomi's Bar at 3001 Canton St. in Dallas, and was one of Dallas' original bars, established in 1942, and unfortunately has been closed permanently. The Swamptones band featured Rick Reid on accordion and JMAC, John MacDonald on guitar. The Swamptones were a unique band for DFW during the early 1990s, since Cajun and zydeco music was not a common sight and sound -- and still is a rare treat today.
