I got this film in the mail today, and all I can say is... WOW!!!
Derek has just discovered that his father, Maximilian, was alive all this time!
But with Uberta no longer queen, that means Max is no longer king, and he gives the head position of the Council of Crowns to Derek.
What touches me the most about this ending is that Max is more than happy to let Odette call him "Father".
Also, excuse the laughing in the background. I was happy crying while recording these last few minutes of the best endings of any franchise I've ever seen!
What a way to end "The Swan Princess" series!!!

Alise and Lucas should have appeared in The Swan Princess: Far Longer than Forever since this is the final Swan Princess movie.

You know since they didn’t appear in “Far Longer Than Forever”, nor we’re they mentioned in the film at all, no offense and thus Alise never got the opportunity to meet her long lost Grandpa Max. #SwanPrincessSpinoff #PrincessAlise #AliseandLucas Thus Laura M. Narrator: OH!!!🤩🤩 So, that was the best Happily ever after as Happy Ending ever! After 30 years of their whole journey and battle against the forces of evil, Odette's and Derek's final journey has come to an end!!! And i can't wait for "Far Longer Than Forever (end credits)" from the final chapter of the story, "The Swan Princess: Far Longer Than Forever"!!!!

I hope that one day that a new generation of people (led by Seldon Young's daughter, Laura) will bring Alise and Lucas back, and that they will return someday. King Maximillian is alive! Firebeard & the pirates are defeated! And Griffin & his Nadder minions were driven back to the Hidden World where they belong; nevertheless Maximillian met the Royal Lycanwing Family for the first time! As a result, the Swan Princess trilogy has finally ended!🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉
