Brother, can you do a video for kitchen staples that you can use to make several of your recipes. I want to move into a plant-based diet and see a lot of great dishes but many of them have ingredients that it seems I would use only for the dish presented like Harissa sauce with a certain dish (from another channel) as an example. Would you consider a vid that would help the budget conscious among us and give us a list of ingredients that could be used for three or four meals?

Love seeing this using ost flour! Been craving pancakes for while but avoid anything that can have a lot of gluten (health reasons…it can trigger). Just hadn’t thought of going to oat flour! I always have lemons for various uses but I tend to use more limes. And oranges. Wonder if oranges would be a good sub in this…as well as in the curd? Thanks Andrew! Feel better…it takes a bit. orange curd is pure yum! havent experimented with an orange version of a pancake. but i have in a cake. and it was great! so i would say yes. also, i could imagine it paired with cardamom and a bit more vanilla extract would be nice! (thanks for the soft food tip!)
My husband loves lemon poppy seed muffins, so this will definitely be on the breakfast menu. He also loves blueberries, so I'm thinking a nice compote will be perfect on top. Maybe put some lemon curd between three layers, like a cake, and then top with the compote. Yum.
I love a good pancake recipe! I also like that this one didn't include bananas! I'm glad you talked about the flour being "over worked". In my lazy brain I'm like... I could do this entire recipe in the blender! And... I"m probably wrong but... I swear that when you were tapping the baking soda out of baby whisk; in Morse Code, it said... Luke. I'm not a fan of pancakes but never had vegan ones so it might be better. Mixing grapefruit and lemons can work. I like mixing my two favorite citrus fruits. Hope you feel better soon.
