One of my favorite uses for the GG growing up was using it as a bypass when my NES didn't always like to read games--if I kept the GG in place, I could easily swap out game carts and they booted up first try every time.

That is seriously an awesome trick! I would have never tried that and I have an NES that is very picky with what games it reads so I might try this haha. I probably should just replace the 72-pin but I'm lazy lol

Love that you took the video down and reuploaded with the end fixed. Screw them for demonetizing it. So dumb!!!! Also I love the story with Galoob. Had no idea about that and this video is new to me.

Awesome re-upload. A magical time for gaming, no doubt. Used to love the moon jump in mega man and infinite raccoon tail (feather?) in SMB3.

Great video. Man the game genie logo always looked so iconic. Even to this day when my friends and I play multiplayer games and we feel someone is cheating I instantly call them out for using a game genie....on the PS4 😄
