This video is the unexpected gift to myself today. "Every day, once a day, give yourself a present. Don't plan it. Don't wait for it. Just let it happen."
If you try to stop watching the news stories for a few weeks you might realize that Trump’s shenanigans affect you on a personal level a lot less than you think and he has very little actual control over your life, I hope you live well Dippy!@@DippyHippie
Even the nuances of their reactions to each other, right down to David Lynch looking down at Cher's gestures when she was talking about looking through a magnifying glass at 0:59... masterful editing.
Also her look after he says they would all refuse to meet with him. It’s a sweet look and slight smile that says ‘I would not refuse to meet with you, David.’ 😄🩵
You hit on several spiritual Truths with this. No one can ever convince me that this conversation hasn't occurred exactly like this in every possible reality.
I realized in the first 3 seconds of silence. And then the out of context A.I. bullshit, please. Just cause you don't understand the abstract, doesn't mean everything nonsensical is meaningful :(
@@re9isIt's not actually AI. Someone edited together separate interviews they did with Charlie Rose, back when he had a late-night talk show on PBS. I recognized the table and the lighting style, which are kind of iconic. The original interviews are on youtube. He'd sit down to talk to one person for an hour every night, about their life story, their work, and their ideas. Sometimes it did get pretty deep, depending on the guest.
@@JulietMazurka ..only it is A.I. though .. go back to those interviews (- that were used to feed A.I..). Lynch actually says none of the crap he's spitting here. No red and yellow lights etc. Check the transcripts if you please... Also Cher's first sentence.. I mean come on.. They are saying nonense that people fantasize they could because they don't understand what they say. But both of them make a lot more sense than they do here in actuality.
She was once. I mean her face, not her as a person or anything personal. 😆 When I first saw Cher, it was in the movie Mask, that was “I’ve had a little work done,” Cher. When I saw videos of her from the 70’s, the first thing my 8 year old brain thought, was “where did her nose go?”
Fascinating! I was almost taken it by it but there was a little question mark in my mind. I love that it is edited instead of AI but I am not sure how it would be different. I am going to explore the rest of this channel!
Idk how this channel isn't bigger than it is. I found this yesterday and already watched every video. Been telling everyone about it too. Keep making great content!
A blessing and a curse for Cher to have this level of depth, consideration and realness. But it is so important for her and for us. We are starving at every turn for veritable connections and a relief from the lane of play-acting that notable persons are shuffled into or feel more protected being in.
The veil is thinning causing us to feel things, admit things, take ownership of our actions and decisions, not a bad thing. We are loved beyond our imagine to imagine. Cher, you make people smile without saying a word. You are that strong force in the World that helps us make sense of it all. We know you and love you. ❤️
Less than 3 minutes and I feel like it was much longer based on the quality of this conversation, Lynch is such an interesting human being and whomever set this interview up deserves a raise!
No, the whole thing was written as a little two minute script. Look at how the "dead-silence" at the beginning matched the same dead-silence a the end. Even down to his very sort of sour-faced expression. The intro matched the cadence. This was not a Sonata, but a Sonatina, as they say in music script.
This went exactly as I would picture a Lynch Cher talk going. I love him with my entire heart. I hope her cloud parts and she’s in the light during the happening soon. 👁️
Have never heard of The Talk. In addition to it’s artistic creativity, the interactions in the comments add an additional layer of psychology/interest/entertainment to this art form. Hats off to the creator. 🎩 Subscribed
I just love these two. What a pair. I have no idea what they were talking about, but I love how they react to each other. David's faces are adorable. Cher is always intense. I will never forget that scene in Moonstruck when Nic Cage's character tells her he is in love with her, and she unexpectedly slaps him hard across the face and yells "Snap out of it!" 😊
Her first lines are like straight from twin peaks season 3, like this conversation really happened and it had inspired David, even Cher’s haircut is kinda there in season 3
Hahaha Great stuff. Both real and absurd. This really is a great introduction into your channel, because Lynch does talk in this sort of disjointed yet cohesive way, which completely covers your excellent altercations. This made my day! Thanks
To have a conversation with David would be awesome, in my opinion. He might think I’m a nut but there is something about that dude. I feel like we’d have quite a talk.
Recently I watched the short film series Rabbits. It evoked very strange feelings I had hidden from childhood. Every single character suffered in their own individual way without the others truly knowing or being able to understand and empathize😢
