That looks so delicious 🤤. I agree I’d be devouring those scallions, but everything looked fantastic. When I closed my eyes, I swore thatI could smell it.
The thing I LOVE about Asians and specially Asian women, is THEY LOVE food. They are not shy and going to order a salad or something stupid like that. Alot of my ex's have had eating / ordering difficulty thinking they have to "show they are healthy and dieting", but I think that is wrong. I have alot of Thai friends (I am Australian) and they will eat alot. Try anything. They are normal weight. I LOVE eating, I should have been a competitive eater in my early days, but I struggle to keep up with them. And the food is amazing. Eat lots and your metabolism with work with you. Eat hardy anything and your body will go into starvation mode and you will gain weight as your body puts the fats into "storage". You live once, maybe twice or who knows, but eat food and Obviously healthy foods, not just junkfood or fun food as they say. Take care everyone!
Wow, this looks so fun to cook and insanely good! When you put all the final lobster on the plate and moved the noodles around to make it perdy, I was thinking to myself "I could not help but eating that right there that second". I got your cookbook recently and have been loving it. I made the chow fun twice in one week (partially to practice), and just made your Ayi's rice cake dish last night. I sincerely appreciate and love the food you all make. Much love :)
Bill, you’re so right about the Lobster Oil, it contains so much flavor. The perfect, banquet dish. Been following you guys for years. Kung Hei Fat Choi” everyone!
Oh man, I am allergic to seafood 🦞 and now you’re doing this dish. I guess at least your book has poultry and beef dishes. Thanks for the great book illustrations. I still like watching you cook. Amazing.
That looks wonderful and it looks to me. According to my capabilities like I could handle doing. I have a client who is Chinese. Do you think that this is something that would be suitable to make for them for a meal Chinese new year's for a gift? I'm thinking I would pre cook the and the lobster and finish it off at their house. I would not want to bring it Finished for them to reheat i'm quite sure
We think that would work! pre-fry the lobster perhaps and then finish the lobster stir fry + noodles at their house sounds like the right order of business.
HOw is stir frying the noodles look overcooked. That is the best part. I mean depends on the noodles. But you boil or blanc them in water first and then cook them. Turns them into twice as yummy noodles with spices added etc.
