Dave - Awesome - tuning and more so effects have been driving me nuts. I am trying to work through the Tea Party Reformation tour setlist. Thanks so much for sharing this!! Really love it!!
Thank you so much Micah :) Yeah The Tea Party were a great live band and had so many great tunes. Very underrated band. Glad I could help you out with this one :)
There’s a 12 strong version of a song called Lake Fever by The a Tragically Hip. I’m 16 and always have wanted to learn it on 6 string but I don’t got the ear to teach myself. Search up Lake Fever Tragically Hip love and you’ll find it. It’s pretty cool
@@davedoingguitar I have a 12 string too. It’s a killer song. Lake Fever- Tragically Hip (live) So I meant you could definitely teach it on the 12 string bc I’m a decent 12 string player. J can’t find the tune of the song and all the little parts. He uses an acoustic 12 string in the video tho btw. You’ll be able to tel which video it is if you find it. It’s not a super popular song, but all the Canadians and Hip fans will surely appreciate it if they ever come by it!
@@davedoingguitar So do I have to a straight transposition of notes to proceed with standard tuning, I just want to nil the main riff! Thanks for the help
@@ananthakrishnankrishnan7287 the main riff is just octaves, so if you play the notes that are on strings 4 and 3 without the lower strings (5 & 6) you'll be playing the riff
