The tech improving health outcomes for Queensland communities 

A new interactive data tool is already changing the lives of Queensland families.
The population health dashboard has been introduced to support health services in making decisions about the delivery of health care to the community.
Developed by Children’s Health Queensland (CHQ), the dashboard uses data and population-based responsive planning to design integrated service models. This allows health care to be delivered alongside other services, including education, child protection, housing and youth justice.
