It’s funny because he doesn’t think it’s creepy, he thinks he’s such a lady’s man. In reality, he’s by far the saddest member of the group. At the end of the day though, he’s actually quite a nice guy.

@@henrybarber288 I get that but there's a line where creepy behavior needs to be addressed seriously, even in a show. Take Sheldon for example. His attempts to meet Stan lee, Carl Sagan and Leonard Nimoy were all played for laughs. But he did get a restraining order too from all of them. It doesn't make sense why Penny would continue to hang out in the same room with Howard when he's clearly being a creepy stalker in the most serious way. Yeah, it's creative liberty but to me, it doesn't make sense even in the show's universe.

@@danv.872 fiction is also rooted in some reality. In a show where Sheldon can get restraining orders for intrusive behavior, I don't see why Penny would ignore a serious act as spying on her using a concealed webcam.

@Bruh With characters like Sheldon, they can get away with it ... as his lack of knowledge about social conventions , his intentions most of the time are not bad . ( this can then be played for some jokes ) . Howard on the other ... yeah he has some major issues, can't believe they made an episode were penny literally has to apologize to Howard just because she called him out on his creepiness and shouted at him ... that just didn't age well .

Penny is mature and kind to forgive him. She also knows that people can improve and change. Which is what happened through the seasons as Howard matures and grows.

U have to admit it was Howard whose jokes were a comic relief... Sheldon was too much to take In the first couple of seasons... And Raj was creepy too only thing was he didn't speak... And so was sheldon but since he didn't have sexual references most of it was ignored...
