He was cold and distant in the beginning, i didn't recognize him. But after I did no contact he came back and started saying that he missed me. He did talk to other girls during our break but i suppose he just felt the grass is greener syndrome and later realised it wasn't all that fun to talk to others :/ Good luck!

Delete them from your life, it’s a show of taking back power, DO NOT let them mistreat you and disrespect you. It’s good that you fought for them, but there is a time where you need to stop, I know it’s difficult and feels like it’s permanent by deleting them, mutual friends or friend but it isn’t. focus on yourself, heal from the pain and be a better person, they are just masking their own pain they haven’t faced. It doesn’t set in that you are gone, until you actually decide to disconnect, no visibility. They’ll get over the high of being single or whatever they are trying to do.

I had chances....i know that and she told me "give me sometime, i love your letters...i'm so confused.....let's see each other in a few months...focus on you" right after the breakup but then I messed up by sending drunk messages and video at 6am one day...since that day, things have turned south very quickly....now she is seeing somebody else.

@Ramy Mohamed False. My girlfriend's ex bf would contact her repeatedly over the period Of 2 years claiming he wanted her back and that he missed her but she knew that he never loved her genuinely. He treated her very badly during the relationship for 2 years. It just means they don't have any other options so they want them back. Its pride and anxiety, not love.

ok I really hope you read this I think its a really good topic. My ex (She) was an introvert person with many friends, but never had close friends (either boy or girl friends). I was her best friend and our relationship revolved around it. Even after breaking up she was caring and loving until she found a group of really close friends to hang out. Now she has many best friends and her social life is thriving. She has admitted to me how happy and fulfilled she is now. Is it time to let it go? She says she is not looking for any type of relationship right now not with me nor with anyone because she is too happy experiencing friendships for the first time.

Hi Coach Adrian. It's actually I felt right now that I'm over on past relationship. I didn't block him in social media, I don't care what his doing in life . Although I chat but just being a friend. 2 months has past, I'm more happier now, no stress ,but I think he is not over yet on me. He got jealous ,anger , . Calling me very angrily. He is the one ended up the relationship. .. This Time especially summer, I enjoyed going to Beach, swimming with friends , as long as I'm focus on my own happiness. I don't want to block him because ,in my mind no need to hate ... blocking social media when im totally happy without Him. Also I wanted him to see how happy I am when he left 🤣. I love your content so I’d really appreciate some advice! My ex moved to California recently and told me she doesn’t want to do long distance and she has to focus on her career. I think she just doesn’t feel I’m capable of only seeing each other maybe once a week and doesn’t want to feel guilty when she isn’t able to give her attention. I also have looked at other women and she noticed, which doesn’t model commitment. This probably makes her feel that when she won’t be able to give me that attention, I’ll be looking for it elsewhere. This is a concern she expressed to me before as well, so I feel I’m correct in this assumption. I’m moving to California soon to finish school and work on family and friend relationships. Do you think we could make it work? For context on time, the breakup happened a week ago and I’m moving to California in a week (received a call that my grandma is dying so I’m not moving because of my ex).

I asked my wife if we would still be together if it were not for my temper. She said yes. But she is done now. Says she fell out of love with me. 17 year marriage is coming to an end. I asked her if she really ever loved me and she said yes. She did say maybe someday she would consider giving me another chance. 2 days of no break the chain about checking. Come back now from a Wedding it 3 am and i had a lot of compliments, i felt pretty much fine. Thanks a lot for this video. Honestly i neven thought about ex's reaction. Blocking someone is a reaction in theory seems also a "good" watching this video making worse the fact that if you are up-online exes don't give a fuck. Hello So, me and my ex broke up like a week ago because of some trust issues from her side and her own insecurities. I was accused that I was talking about her behind her back and that I don’t really respect her much and that I don’t take her seriously which were all just false and the people who made those are her friends that lied about me in every single way for an unknown reason. What to understand if a man(Ex) says - that he cannot chat with me as a couple or nor do any long chats. We can only chat as friends. Which means only 1/2 times in a day we chat. So he can only do that. We broke up several times before and either he or me... Get back to the other person. What should we infer from such a case. Does it mean he never loved me? I love your videos, and you give great advice, but in my opinion a lot of this works best when your spouse has the same morals as you. My stbx wife was definitely giving signals wed have a chance several times, but was seeing a guy on the side, and lying to my face about it. She tried to come back a few times when I was done. my ex contacted me after a week of no contact. i honestly feel at peace and better. we’ve been through other breakups and so this one that i initiated was like for my own peace. he contacted me and told me he doesn’t want animosity and he doesn’t want to see or hear me with another guy and that he doesn’t want to cut me off because i was a good impact on his life ( i tried to end things in good terms but he wanted nothing like that and was being a dick ) i replied “ that’s all i wanted” . Hi coaches it’s been almost 2 months since my breakup. I reached it sporadically and she did reply most of the time, mostly was rude and didn’t want to talk for long but a few times was neutral and a couple times was nice and wholesome. The rude more recently. I’m a little over 2 weeks of no contact again, and plan on continuing it. I’ve been blocked on Instagram but she still has my friends on social media and sees the posts they have with me often. Curious as to what you might think my situation might be, move on or just keep no contact going and follow the steps from this channel. Thank you!

My ex broke up with me just over 2 months ago and we have been in no contact/radio silence for a month apart from him sending me a birthday text which I replied to saying thanks and I hope he was keeping well. Is the fact he hasn’t reached out a sign he is indifferent and should I move on or should I reach out to him? I don’t know what to do next?

My ex and I broke up a few months ago but he recently told me that he wanted to meet up a couple weeks back. However he left me on read after I asked him about when and I haven’t heard from him since... would you say he’s over me and doesn’t want to meet up anymore??

My girl found out I cheated and gave me a second chance. This lasted 2 months and I made some more mistakes and she felt unappreciated. She then ended things. I told her I was sorry and wanted to work on my communication but she was firm. I went no contact after she stopped responding. What advice could you give me on this? Is it hopeless?

after we broke up , i started telling my friends i didn't really love him , but i didn't mean it to say that then my friends went and tell him he felt so sad with what i said ; i blocked him on WhatsApp ; but now I miss him and i want him back , what should I do ??? help

he broke up with me because he needed space. after 30 days of no contact, we would have been 11 months. He apologized and said how much he missed me, he said that he could not do anything without me and that it was very difficult. I forgot him. he said that he would never let me go again. he broke up with me on July 3 saying he was too young and had to live life. we would have been 1 year and 2 months on the 28th and it is still his birthday. he broke up with me by facetime but he seemed not to be sure and was very sad. We have not spoken since then. Should I wait for him to come back or should I move on? It hurts a lot but I need to be strong.

What if your ex doesn't look for you at all. It has now been 4 months since the breakup up happened and I was the one begging and pleading until I decided that I needed to stop. The last time he contacted me was July 4th at 2am I did not reply back at all. On Sunday I send him a text and he replied back. I just want to know if hes really over me.
