Now this may not sou9nd like new news to you but we have learned that one of the biggest interactions you can have with your ex is the exchange of stuff. So, we have found that exes who tend to leave things behind on purpose it is an option for them to see you again.
#2 - They Are Insanely Hot And Cold
I would argue that this is the most common sign that your ex is pretending to be over you. One of the most common is where the ex-blocks you and then unblocks you and goes through this pendulum about how they are feeling. Then there is talking to you about all these plans and then doesn’t talk to you again for a while
#3 - They Removed All Your Couple’s Photos Together Except One
Now this one may sound odd, but what we find is the exes who do that and leave some there we find what happens it is pretty standard to delete all those photos. Some exes will leave a handful it is to illicit a reaction from you. But they are also unsure how you are feeling to see if you are giving a reaction shows them that you are struggling just as much as they are.
#4 - They Don’t Break Their Old Routines
They don’t break their old routines that were in the relationship. What we’ve found is the exes who pretend to be over you, they keep these routines and patterns right before they drew that line int he and it shows they are having trouble letting go.
#5 - You Hear From Their Friends Randomly
I didn’t really know how to handle my first break up, I didn’t know if I wanted her back or if I wanted to move on. It is a common theme in breakups. I got my friend to reach out to her and have a conversation where we would get information from our friends, and this is a common theme form ex who are pretending to be over you.

Often this would mean that your ex is going to get their opinions of you when you start to reach out. If you do want your ex back, be sure not to bad mouth his new group of friends

I met my ex during a night out. At that time it was a week ago since the break up. He is really excited to see me and tells me how great it is that we still can be friends (he did the break up). I agreed even though I still have feelings for him. We actually talked for hours and he kept on saying how much he had moved on and so on. A guy came up to us and started chatting along and asked if we were a couple (my ex and I) to which my ex said yes. It was sooo confusing cus he really seemed to have moved on.

Chris, my ex and I were in NC for 30 days. He reached out to me and was still angry. He wanted to meet up and talk but said he was still mad about the breakup and he wanted to take more time. I asked him if I could come get my stuff (some clothes) and he said no. He told me he didn’t want to be mean to me and promised he’d reach back out. I sort of kept asking to talk but then told him I understood and respected his choice. At first he said he “never wanted to get back together” but then said he didn’t know and that he didn’t want me out of his life forever. He said he still cared about me and loved me. I lied to him in a pretty major way. I understand he’s having trouble with the trust. How can I show him I’ve made these changes? I’ve taken your quiz and I just want a bit more of your insight.

Hi Allie, so as you can already see when he said he never wanted to get back together has already changed, this is why you need to extend your NC as he is still angry, so go into another 21 day NC and just focus on yourself. As far as your belongings go, as long as there is nothing majorly important there wait until he is in a better place to see you and swap things, make it into a short and friendly coffee date if you can and then you leave quickly so that he doesnt get emotional or bring up the breakup

Hey I need advice my ex and I were together for almost 2 years and he broke up with me out of no where acting normal the day before and even had a deep conversation with me that night but after the breakup I’ve been blocked on everything , brags about how happy he is and said he could do better than me basically talking bad about me even tho I didn’t do anything to him , he became friends with a girl who hates me but has asked others how I’m doing and his friends were viewing my stories and I’ve caught him looking at me in school sometimes what does this mean , should I just move on?

My ex posted a photo of me a week after the break up and blocking me on FB. Don't ask how i got around it, you know...... Plus, he left his bike, skim board, skateboard, clothes and a mattress. I am almost inclined to text him to come pick up these things, but I know that is me trying to control the situation. I found out he had been reaching out to an ex that lives in Egypt, still calling her pet names and telling her sweet nothings sporadically while we were together. I sent him a text telling him to screw himself and i haven't heard from him since. He's selfish and a coward. It will be hard but, i am moving on. No one deserves that treatment.

Dont have your friends spy as it is not ever ever going to work in your favor! It is going to make it harder for you to attract your ex. If you want your things back, ask for them. But you need to initiate a No Contact where you have nothing to do with your ex for 30 days

hello. thank you for your amazing content! I have a question if you could help me. ive been talking to this guy for 4 months. we he had mutual feelings and it was obvious that we liked each other. he used to post on social media platforms like once every week. we broke up a week ago because he still was unsure if he wants to take the relationship to the next level or not so i got fed up of his uncertainty. since we broke he is posting stories on instagram everyday about anything . yesterday he uploaded a pic of himself, today a pic of him topless (which i never see him do). i would like to know from ur expert point of view what could this mean. does it mean that he is over me and is breaking free, or is he lost and feeling emptiness? if he is feeling empty would that make him come back or its just a before he is over me? best regards

Hi Marina, his posts dont show he is over you if anything it shows he is wanting attentions o make sure youre not giving it to him. NC let him miss you. Also dont watch his stories during No Contact as this shows him you have viewed them. You want him to think you are too busy to be looking at his posts right now

My one broke up with me in a strange way. He wasn’t sure if he could marry me or not so his best friend split us up. She texted me last week. Started the text with hope you are well. I said I am and she responded with good I am glad you are well and working. Then tried to set up a date to get my stuff. She said I can bring it to you or you can come here. I dont know if she will be around or if it will be put outside. The conversation ended. I decided to test the waters and sent her a text saying I hope your job has gloves, mask etc for you guys. She actually texted back a response, and did not say stop texting me. I dont know if this is a positive sign or not. We havent spoken since the break up, she has been ghosting me up until last week. I mean she is glad I am well, and didnt get annoyed about the last text. She also has the pictures of our trip to Vermont on 12/19 on her FB page. No, I havent been good on the radio silent thing.

@@putinsneighbor8351 After getting my stuff and being asked to stay and talk, talk was 2.5 hours, I suggested when things opened up maybe we could have dinner, she said that would be nice, she suggested we should talk more.I said great! Since then we have texted a couple of times, face timed once for an hour. I suggested and initiated all of that contact. Two weeks a go she texts her back deck removed. I responded nicely asked whats the next move, to which she told me. My mothers stuff is still at her house, she suggested that I keep it there. HOWEVER, since the last text that she sent there has been no communication. Ive gotten to the point where the phones go two ways, and if she cant or wont initiate then we arent talking. So to answer your question NOPE. I feel all her responses were just lip service at this point and for me to try would be a waste of time.

He still wants to know what's happening in ur life. Block him. U will eventually see a reaction from him somehow. U will know the truth then. Cause if u block him from seeing them it makes him think ur life going good. U basically get into his head cause he got no inside on wats happening in ur life now. Example. U were his drug. He stopped taking the drug ( u broke up ) but he still keeps that drug in his medicine cabinet . But if someone hides that drug from the medicine cabinet only then will we know if he needed that drug.

Hey Chris I really really need your help. My ex and I were together for 6,5 years and bought a house last year. Over the past month my ex has been reaching out to me every two weeks or so replying to the message beforehand. If your ex broke up with you and is pulling these thing...trust me I’ve been there. Just move on! Chances are they are or soon to start messing around and keeping things secret, while using you as emotional support. Sound familiar? You may not hear from them for a month or so and all of a sudden they txt you through social media(not directly) to pout about a situation. You give them support and they are not heard from till the next time. Trust me, it’s not worth pursuing someone who has personal issues, outside your own scope. A lot of times these are personal issues and hang up that are nothing to do with you. You are a safe beckon, but as long as it keeps going on they will never commit. Or they will come back only to repeat the break up 2-4 months later. Let it be!

Hey my husband and I had this argument where he was lifting up his 15 year old niece having her sitting on his lap and I got jealous it was a wedding and he spend the whole night outside and refuse to come inside to sleep with me I was just tired of being ignored and I told him to leave me the f alone. My other half and I split 2 weeks ago. His stuff is all out of the house except some shave stuff and lotion. We own the house together and he has another house. He helps me with the one child we have together and the 2 of my own that he has been there for for the past 7 years. Hi, Chris. I need help! My ex and I broke up 2 months ago. We had been together for almost 2 years. We were happy in our first year, but in the last months of our relationship, we had been fighting constantly because he was being too cold and I was getting clingy and pushy. actually his friend is a girl and yes she's reaching to me in a friendly way...i recently stopped asking her how is he doing and convinced everyone that I'm over him and to my surprise my ex viewed all of my stories even though he doesn't use facebook as often as instagram

Hey Kaduu, look up my videos and artciles about the being there method. But consider why you ended the relationship in the first place and has that reason changed, or are you just wanting him because he has met someone else.

I need guidance We been broken up for hmmm 2 weeks ish He just texted me 18 texts saying after unblocking me "I can't do this anymore, pls I need ur help just respond, without you Imma mess, I feel like I lost a part of me and I'm a walking zombie, I'm not saying I want u back u prolly won't even take me, I feel like we need to both move on, but with you I feel terrible cuz I feel like u don't love me or could do better and without you Imma mess I have millions of u running inside my head why is this just respond to me pls" I didn't respond yet prolly won't But what does this mean Chris and what do u advise me to to do?.

@@leah-7011 he is begging me to be together and I said my career and time ain't allowing me And I might consider reconciliation 4 years from now and he actually pursued me even tho I was taking a break past 7 months and he treated me like a gf, and he's actually down to pursue me despite me not wanting a relationship, won't hurt, if in 3/4 years we grow a bit I might consider Rn I need to graduate med school next year.

Its good you did No Contat and its great you're not replying to these emotional messages as he even says he does not want to get back together. So, what he does want is for you to make him feel better telling him you feel the same way about being upset hurt etc. Keep to NC and let him learn to deal with these feelings himself because he wanted to break up.Give him the break up. By the looks of it NC is working.
