Because her husband was buried in New York and she was from Atlanta and knowing how prejudice some southerners are she probably did not want her grave defaced. She was creamed and buried between her parents. I say this as a southerner who is not Jewish.

ADL is a horrible group that has no interest in bringing people together. Watch "Defamation" (2009) by a young Israeli filmmaker - Yoav Shamir. He exposes a bit of their nonsense in his documentary - ADL is just a big fund raiser with mostly nothing to do all day. Abe Foxman who was its director at the time was not happy with the young Israeli documentarian. All Yoav did was film a small bit at the ADL headquarters and ask a few questions. Total embarrassment - nothing but a fund raiser.

I am not Jewish. I have read all the transcripts from Franks trial and I don’t believe for one minute he was guilty. Those who wish to keep insisting he was guilty are mainly those whose own relatives were involved in his lynching and need to make sure he stays guilty to make themselves feel better for the murder they were involved in. Lying about someone is slander and lynching someone is murder. I think it’s pretty clear who the real murders were in this case.
"Really Graceful" on RU-vid did a detailed video on this as well and concludes Leo Frank was guilty. Even his wife refused to be married next to him. He was a horrible man.
Leo Frank ran a child labouring sweat shop where the children exploited would miss out on school education and no chance of college. Members of the Jewish community were apart of his jury who found him guilty. Leo Frank was president of B’nai Brith. A Jewish organisation that afforded Leo the most expensive legal representation. Yet they failed on several appeals. B’nai brith morphed into the now disgraced ADL (anti defamation league). They influenced a Governor in much the same way Govenor Pontius Pilate was influenced by the Jewish leaders of his time. The Governor released Leo Frank from his Death Sentence. The rose a volunteer group of citizens, who formed the Nights Of Mary Fagan. They commandeered the prison, Took Lea Frank and drove him to Mary Fagan’s house, and hung him facing her former residence. I pray Lord Jesus, forgive The Nights Of Mary Fagan. I hope and pray Leo Frank made his peace with Jesus Christ. And repented of his heinous sins , and accepted the blood of our LORD Jesus Christ’s Salvation! The Eternal King Jesus Christ’s blood was poured out for forgiveness of the sins of the world. I also pray against this self righteous abomination called the ADL. In Jesus mighty name Amen 🙏
I wonder if the whole lynching wasn't a setup. I think the governor did not want Leo's death on his hands. So they let the people take care of things. It is not unusual for so many young people back in those days to be abused in these sweat houses. Read the story of emiline Gurney.
