My favorite Temptation album, my favorite Temptation. There was so many great songs on this album no wonder this song got lost. That's not so say it was not as good as, or in some cases, better than the one's that got promoted. This is a beautiful song from start to finish... Rest in peace fellows, you have left a legacy to be proud of....

All these years later, "Just One Last Look" is most intriguing for the 'what could have been' thoughts it fosters. Here HDH terrifically fashion a work for David, but like Smokey, the genius trio might have continued to do as well for Paul and Eddie's sake too. By the time this album came out though, HDH were increasingly unhappy with their share of Motown's bounty, and would institute a work slow-down, and then walk out. The internal headaches of The Tempts too, would soon foster the first, and perhaps most profound, personnel change in one more year.
