First up, "We'll Be Satisfied," a song from the mid-sixties that was one of the first to feature a three-for-one lead vocal from David Ruffin, Paul Williams and Eddie Kendricks. This was one of countless recordings that were consigned to the vaults, a casualty due to an over-abundance of recordings. Certainly, the quality is there as well as the excitement of that alive, full-speed-ahead Motown Sound of the mid-sixties. A great up, up and UP arrangement adds to the thrill of hearing Paul, Eddie and David combine on they dynamite track. Check out that blistering saxaphone solo!
Next is an evergreen fave, Fading Away, the flip side of Get Ready and just as distinctive and iconic as the hit side.
