I was a regular at Ye Olde Butcher Shop from the late 90's to mid 2000's. Jeff still looks exactly the same, he hasn't aged a bit. And my bad for being back in Plano since 2010, and only visiting a few times. Sometimes work from home can be bad as the boss isn't here to buy me lunch. I'll fix that soon.
Used to get an Elk burger every Wednesday with a friend of mine. Haven't been since we all started working from home but I look forward to heading back into the office so I can get back to my elk burgers, with jalapenos.
Met Jeff nearly 20 years ago, by accident, through a friend. Love this place! He even catered my rehearsal dinner!! Buffalo burger is GREAT and Jeff is better!
Jeff Sparks love you man. Been there many times. This good ole boy is the man. Never ate there but have bought alot of fresh meat from this man. And he is the man. Love ya brother. He's down home goodness straight up!!!
I remember when I told you to upload more videos and you been doing that exactly and gotta say I've seen an amazing fan base building through this channel and keep up the good work and vibes and I love that you came down to the valley and tried our tamales and now everyone knows about it thanks alot from us
I called this place and asked the guy if had pigs feet. He said yes, so I said put on some shoes and nobody will notice. He then said he was going to call the cops so I hung up.
The Country Meat Market in Tyler, TX. is a place you should visit! A family run since the 60's or so. They feature local grass fed beef that is awesome and are known as the best meat market in East Texas. There meat is exceptional and service is even better. While you're in the area, you might as well visit Greenburg turkey. You can easily do a program about both!
Plain and simple, what helps make the burger delicious is using a good quality bun. You don't see a lot of mom and pop restaurants anymore, mostly fast food chain restaurants. The quality is not as good when mass produced. I would definitely have a Buffalo burger there, looks like a nice family friendly place to visit!
Looks like good burgers, but I'm an old guy, and there were a lot of old folks in that video. I don't think I saw even one Millennial. They better work on getting some younger customers in the door, or the son isn't going to have a business when he get's old. I'd hate to see that happen.
Millennial here: I lived VERY close to that place for like a year and had no idea they served food. I definitely would've been in there alot if I had any idea. I always thought it was just a butcher shop when I would drive by lol.
Tru, only old regulars hang out here so anytime anyone young comes in (I'm 25 with tattoos ) and we got treated like he'll by employees and guests I wouldn't recommend going
@@stevelogan5475 you're speaking for a generation you're not even a part of. Give everyone a fair chance my friend. And no, they wouldn't be fine without us younger people cause when the older folks are gone then who's gonna go there if we were all pushed away when we were younger by people like you.
“No beer here though” is this dude from Texas?!? Ain’t nothing wrong with that! While I’m eating I’m not really drinking anyway! Why give the business to Taco Bell 🔔. When you can eat a Texas burger 🍔 it tastes twice as swell!!
