The police nowadays are totally out of touch with how to interact with the public. Their default setting is to bully, harrass and intimate anyone that stands up to them. I used to respect the police growing up, now I see them as a corrupt, racist, bullying and out of touch force. Shame. ☹️
Shaking! 0f course, i may have first stage Parkinson Disease. Why are YOU so afraid? That you need all this back up! Why so many mutters from the gutters all wanting to be noticed. Especially the vertically challenged misandrist who always want make up for what they lack in height by having the biggest mouth. Well done firm but polite
The cops RELY on people's ignorance of the law to get the answers to their questions. The problem is that in today's world we are all clued up about our rights and know the law better than any cop does. Thst's why the HATE HATE HATE cameras pointing at them. It takes away their powers of being able to fit you up and say you admitted to some crimes when they questioned you. Those days of getting verballed by the cops are dead and buried and they hate people with cameras for informing us all of our rights. Seven walks of shame is a great result!
This is the complete opposite of the video from 3 days ago. That Officer 3 days ago was a lesson in how Police Officers should conduct themselves. This here is a perfect example of how they should not conduct themselves. He tried to mislead you about your rights, he tried to coerce you into giving your name, implied that you had to and may be arrested, refused to turn on his body worn camera, told you to leave without any lawful authority to do so, and was generally rude, demanding, disrespectful and arrogant.
For the officer asking why we watch the videos, the answer is to see police officers make a fool of themselves by making up laws and not knowing the real laws.
The more I see of these bullies, the more it seems necessary to dismantle this entire organisation and build it back better. It’s no longer fit for purpose. It’s a pity, because I’m sure their are good, honest officers who want to make a difference, but the hierarchy, training, attitude and recruitment are clearly a joke. They are more of a rogue paramilitary force than a public service. They dress like militia, they have militia badges which aren’t even part of the uniform and they seem only to want to intimidate than help. I can remember when an officer in the early 70s helped me fix my pushbike. His hands were covered in oil, but his demeanour was that of a helpful servant and I was just a young kid.
They are a militia. The government declared war in its citizens a long time ago. The citizens are too busy living in blissful denial while their cost of living goes up in every aspect but their wages do not. While more laws are made and sold to the banking elites with us citizens as the collateral for these loans secured on these laws that are not for our protection or benefit but merely the government and bankers. Unfortunately most citizens aren't even aware why laws are really made at a rate of approx 800 a year.
Fair play to you for standing up to 7 egotistical bullies who had nothing better to do. They are a perfect example of everything wrong with the police force. They are essentially picking on you and bullying you and making silly and childish comments
You performed the most polite but firm de-escalation of a tyrannical situation I've seen so far, every credit fella 👊👍👍 The walk of x 7 shame was the icing on the cake 🤣
if they ask me why i need to record i tell them cuz all cops are a lying thugs & u fool delete or so on ur body cam & etc my dose not & it for my lawyer then the judge to see if u all are clowns & a threat
That was a disgusting piece of intimidation from a clearly rotten sargeant, you stood your ground brilliantly. It is sargeant's like this, that are the reason why the police were branded as "institutionally corrupt" by their own proffesional standards just this week.
@@lyndonjames9178 they were also labeled "Institutionally corrupt" by independant review recently because of the Daniel morgan case, he was investigating police corruption, and was found dead on a car park with an axe in him, 3 police officers were suspects, and the police hindered the investigation
As the "not so magnificent seven" retreated with their tails between their legs I would have loved to hear you shout at them "That went well guys didn't it, better luck next time." You played them like a violin - great stuff NNY.
"I'll be putting in a complaint to professional standards" "I don't care what you do" "That's fine" UK Police have zero accountability. Professional Standards is nothing but a hole to throw complains in.
I Think it's done ( darkened /black color) to intimidate. In a cafe recently & I noticed this black union J flag on an officers jacket & I stared at it. The officer wearing the jacket with the flag on it, lifted both hands to rest on his jacket in such a way that it hid the flag. I don't think he felt proud of it & knew I didn't like seeing it. Ps The most common place to see police & ambulance in a 50 mile radius of where I live is to see them parked up at petrol stations drinking coffee. Also at a cafe on a beach near where I work. In this Current climate of "enforcement", I rather resent it. I guess they are on one long coffee break 'cos they're so over-stretched.
@Thomas Powell going around demanding ID from law-abiding citizens is 100% what the Nazis did to find out who the people were. ”just doing my job”. Learn your history this is what happens when government gets out of control you absolute fool
We think you might be breaching conditions” 2 mins later “leave then just leave then if you don’t wanna be here” They can’t even get the corrupt story straight 😂😂
It goes to the heart of the stupidity of the bail conditions, that you can be internally exiled in your own country with no border checks to see where you are. Making Marti stay out of THE WHOLE of N Yorkshire was just stupid and unenforceable.
God forbid they actually apologise at the end there and say they are sorry for terrorising an innocent member of the Public with unlawful demands and accusations and tell you to carry on as you are NOT breaking ANY laws. It’s very clear that they hate the Public and have nothing but contempt for them and their rights!
‘He’s threatened to arrest me’ ‘He hasn’t though has he?’ Oh sound then mate. I’ll walk round threatening to slice people up and as long as I don’t actually do it I’ll be fine?
Your questioning of them is first class. They really hate it when the request/requirement is used against them. I was fascinated by the fact that the filth who talked about intimidation was the one with his trousers tucked into his boots, paramilitary style.
Because in their own minds only they are something special. I doubt that anyone else reckons so. People hate them because they seem to want to go out of their way to earn it. Who can understand that?
The cop should be complained about for his LIES, his discurtessy and his insults. He is everything that is wrong about so called, policing by consent. They are fast becoming the enemy.
Section 25 of PACE was repealed in 2006. He must be a desk jockey. Textual Amendments F1 S. 25 repealed (1.1.2006) by Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005
It would be interesting to conduct a social experiment where a single police officer was surrounded by 7 individuals & questioned. How long would it take before they started to shake?
Great work that, well done, with 6 of the surrounding you, you stayed very calm. They just cannot handle it when people do not do what they say. These are mentally ill people and very dangerous. They were so close to and so wanting to go hands on with you because you dared to defy them, but they knew they couldn't. Yet their illness made them want to so much (specifically the sergeant and the big fella.) So to try and convince themselves that they are still in charge, and that they still are the authority, they just have to try to give directives before they leave. Psychology 101!! Great Audit
CALLER - “Hello 999 someone is breaking into my car” CALL HANDLER - “sorry sir all our officers are busy” CALLER - “and he has a camera” CALL HANDLER - “we will be right there sir, 15 officers are on their way”
@@chrispollard6568 How was he being obstructive and a nuisance ? What rights did he not have? Was he trespassing ? They think that the public should feel intimidated by the police in any and all situations & circumstance. Because that's how their training has been re - framed. The public, and that's everyone, is the enemy now. Not the criminals. They needed only to be aware of him & nothing more. In fact they should have offered to help him. As in the days of the local bobby on the street. We didn't vote nor did we consent to any change in or of our local bobby & police force. It has been forced on us.
I for one am not laughing at you. I'm pissing myself that all those understaffed and underfunded police could spend so much time on getting it wrong and walking away with their curly tails jammed up their ring piece!
The idea that a cop can go up to anyone and force them to ID "in case they're in breach of conditions" or force them to show their face? This is Stasi behavior. 100%. This cop genuinely believes that he lives in a police state and that he can do this. Dangerous man.
One of the best posts I've seen!!!! You shot down seven goons in a row. Every time one came forward with their crap, you handled them with superb simplicity, you know the law!!!
They dislike their private cars being filmed, because of the bad reputation they have among the common public. Their dictatorial behavior demanding your details (based upon a made up charge) is absolutely disgusting. You held your ground admirably, very well done. You should send some of your content to them, so they can see how idiotic they behave.
I am not anti-cop but they behaved like idiots. Why can't they just get on with their jobs? Does it really take 7 cops to intimidate one cameraman? They also should definitely have turned their cameras on. I don't know if they lied about being able to arrest him or not. Well done for standing up to them. Check out if they were lying and make a formal complaint if so.
They lied. In the UK you have no obligation under ANY circumstances to help the police in an investigation and you ALWAYS have the right to remain silent.
That was one of the best audits I have seen in a long time. You really held your own surrounded by a gang of thugs with badges who lied and unlawfully tried to get your private detail's many time using pure intimidation tactics. They really hate transparency because it lets the public see who the real criminals are trampling all over our rights. We all know that not all cops are like this but out of those 7 not one of them tried to stand up for this man's right to film and be on public/police property.
None of them stood up for NNW's rights as they knew full well what the consequences of such foolhardiness would be, especially for a woman officer. Out of sight, the gang would have turned on him/her like rabid dogs. Even leaving the force wouldn't protect them from intimidation, vandalism and other dirty tricks from their former colleagues. And, in the case where these tactics were reported to the police, what degree of investigation would ensue? I can assure you it would be so little as to be non-existent.
One of the most pathetic standards of policing I have seen started with lying then finishing with sarcastic comments great connect with the public, no wonder people have grown a great hatred of police.
That's the problem none of them think that way none of them they all think they have the power to do whatever they want and to make you do whatever they say
The police seem to have memory difficulties as they keep repeating the same questions over and over again, even when they get an answer. Not just these ones, they all seem to do it.
'why are you shaking? It looks a bit suspicious.' Under section 15 of the Equality Act 2010: I am not legally required to disclose any medical information to you. You have further breached this act by claiming that my disorder (anxiety) has in any way aroused suspicion under legal circumstances that you have acknowledged to have had previous experience with.
Total FAIL by the Sergeant, tried to use his authority to break the law and lost big time. The only thing people are laughing at is the pathetic police in this video and the sergeants failure to keep calm and professional.
What disgusting bullying tactics, they really do show themselves in a terrible light, and as for that defaced flag displayed on uniform, that really offends me as an HM forces veteran!
Definitely professional standards needs to see this...also when copper said "everyone on youtube laughing at you...what he meant was that everyone was shaking their heads in disgust at the officers behavior.
Yea I’m sure an alleged criminal who has skipped bail would go anywhere near a police station let alone stand to have an interrogation for no reason Absolutely laughable 😂🤣
