Well, it takes 9 months to become a nail technician, 2 years to become a hair dresser and 6 months to become a police officer. That should explain everything.
How is it that repeatedly, within a couple of minutes speaking to a member of the public that these people forget that they are in a public office (and bound by the conduct of such) and start belittling, judging and verbally abusing people. I cannot think of any other profession where such a customer facing approach wouldn't result in constant dismissals from positions. No wonder they believe they are above the law they serve.

Public servants must identify Full name Number Station; place of work So the public can see transparency of the law is being do and their liable for their actions or inaction of wrongdoing. Public building; police station is not private nor do the public servants have the right to interfere with the public access to a public building if they do their liable for prosecution

Can police just borrow each others body cams, surely thay are signed out to each individual offer at the beginning of a shift and signed back at the end of the shift for accountability and court use?

What was the emergency that required the police car to park half on road and half on double yellows and was the engine going while the driver was on the phone as for the PCSO's not carrying their designation card a complaint should go in so that they can be retrained in what the are to carry whilst on duty. Elliot is the classic example of a boy who was bullied at school. He's an outcast and you can see that he has not been sat down and explained why this has been the fact at all his 13 years of school. He's still shy am a wimp and was hoping being a PCSO with the possibilities of later, perhaps being a real police officer. Looks like he has a way too go as he goes red, is still tragically shy and still as awkward as he ever was. Do we feel sorry for him at his chosen career path? Nope, because he's taken the wrong path as we can clearly see. He should of maybe started at a call centre for a few years, you know, just to gain some confidence learning and practicing basic articulation skills and techniques prior to actually having to have real life people and situations to contend with.
