“My job is literally to grab people and arrest them”. That is one of the most concerning and scary sentences I’ve heard from a police officer. His previous arrests need to be investigated.

A bully at a higher level. He’s got away with his tyrant behaviour for so long that it’s become second nature. He needs dealing with. I help pay that violent officer wages and I’m not happy to keep doing so. I’ve got better things to do with my hard earned money. It’s probably true that all the complaints about his unlawful behaviour go to him then straight in the bin.
An Inspector earns between £50,000 and £60,000, depending on his status and which area he is working in and a Sergeant earns around £45,000. Can we really afford to keep paying out this kind of money to just stand around and harass a member of the public who has not committed any crime for 45 minutes or so? I want a tax refund!!! Best thing about this type of video is they are here on the internet for everyone to see "FOREVER". There families must be so proud and their superiors can see exactly how they behave.

The difference with this video is that it shows that all of the disconnection comes from the top down. The inspector goes hands on pretty quick. Rotten (and ignorant of the law) from the top. Imagine talking to your employer (the public in this case) like that. I am appalled that my tax pays for tyrants like this. Just another day dragging the public around.

This is what happens when you take an officer out of his comfort zone and ask him to think - He could have de-escalated the whole situation and come out with credibility-however his intellect, arrogance and his lack of general intelligence let him down---- Im sure he will look back at this video and be totally embarrassed.

This was brilliant. Inspector sausage clearly has an ego and clearly enjoys assaulting people and shouldn't be an officer much less one in his position as he showed what he's clearly about. Thank God he's not on the streets much. Then there's the fact of the inspector gambling for money whilst on duty which is malfeasance/misfeasance of office and he should definitely be reported for that. I think he's clearly forgotten who he serves and the purpose of his job.
Thank god we have Briton's finest guarding our safety and their top officers getting their hands dirty to protect our land and prevent you from sitting there and dedicating their valuable time to prevent you walking back down that road. God only knows what would have happened if they had not been there and willing to risk their very lives with such bravery, honour and unending dedication to duty in the face of the life threatening danger of someone sitting there.
There was always only going to be one winner, it was never in doubt. He knew it too. His demeanour changed accordingly from wanting to beat you up, to wanting to shake your hand. I sincerely hope his line manager has a serious conversation with him. Studying and passing exams to become an Inspector doesn’t mean he has any people skills. He certainly hasn’t.

I think the inspector is very nervous , and he has some underlying problem , he his very insecure I think , he will probably bail out on health grounds very shortly.
His job is to "Uphold the law. Prevent a Breach of Peace and bring transgressors to Justice (Arrest, charge & submit evidence for the prosecution) Please note, an arrest does not have to take place in order to charge and prosecute alleged offenders. Arrest is down to discretion and should only be used as a last resort (presumption of liberty). Unfortunately Police tend to use it as a coercive device or use it out of petty malicious vindictiveness because "you weren't being nice to me".

the inspector is a security risk, he talks way too much nice to have him recorded saying 'i dont get paid enough' looks to me he could use a pay reduction if they are paying him to stand around doing nothing because something 'might' happen

That Inspector reminds me of a tubby kid at school, that was always bullied. He always weathered the abuse, but you could see the pain in his eyes, the dry mouth and the clenched fists. I always wondered what happened to these unpopular people...until now!
You tell them next time “KEEP YOUR HANDS OUT OF YOUR POCKETS” it’s in their policy Next tell them you are Auditing the upkeep of the buildings and grounds and how taxpayers money is spent You are also entitled to all the invoices paid by the police and you can verify if that work was done effectively and efficiently
