I 3D printed a blender, turns out, its tottaly possible and it works, but it doesn't mean that you should do it. It's more limit-testing the 3D printing technology.

Most blender jars are square to aid in blending, you should try a square one next. Also, most blender blades are in a wide y shape.

I agree, this is hard to believe, it's 3D printed. But I didn't make this myself, I ordered this from PCBWay and I have no idea how they make the parts so clear!

looks like blade 2 & 3 are spinning the wrong way around,, presumably the spikes are supposed to be the striking surface?

Great work! Now you only have to figure out how to utilize the temperature drop from expansion of the compressed air to cool down what you put into to it to make a slushy or milkshake machine.

Would have been nice to have a blade design that has just tow longer parts at the bottom and made some sort of cone in the middle to not have stuff get stuck on it. I fear that will be hard to make durable enough. You'll definitely need to continue on this :) Maybe need to figure out how to make it safer as well...

Impressive power from your blender. I think for better performance, the housing must match the blade design or vice versa to create a toroidal vortex. Keep up the great work your channel has come a long way, I always watch all the way through! Also, stay safe! I was genuinely concerned with the amount of force energy spinning inches from your body

@@finleymakee4850 carbon fiber filaments will just need a more durable nozzle. Not a huge investment once you have a printer. There are a lot of good printers in 400-500€ range.
