After finishing the platinum for Super Meat Boy and the sequel Super Meat Boy Forever, I decided to finish the series by getting the platinum for Dr. Fetus' Mean Meat Machine.
This was a puzzle game similar to Puyo Puyo or Tetris, and it was an incredibly frustrating one. Almost as annoying as the first two games!

i wouldnt say underrated... more rated fairly for its gameplay, 1 was amazing, 2 was trying to make itself different but still good, 3 is just... not even a 3rd game in the series in my opinion, the whole dr mario but your pieces die is cool and all but really does not fit well with the series

Came across your channel recently and you've made me a lot more confident about completing super meat boy. I'm playing on the steam version so i have to do ch6 light and dark world deathless too haha. You make awesome videos btw ur channel is very underrated

This game looks a lot easier than the original SMB and SMBF, especially considering the fact that there are no iron man runs which is a huge sigh of relief knowing you would not have to endure that pain, lol. Great video as always. Gotta play this sometime.

Oh yeah, if this game had iron man runs I think it would easily be the hardest of the three. Certainly the most frustrating

That's having a lot of courage if you loved so much these 3 games 😮 I was planning on playing Nobody Saves the World and continuing Hades, but I hate Hades with those luce based things😅

Awesome job finishing the trilogy dude. My feelings are the same towards this game. It’s the easiest to platinum but it made me rage more than the other 2 combined. 😂 oh man now I’m getting 4-11 flashbacks. Isaac and The End is Nigh beckon 😜

Thanks, Doc :) 4-11 was pretty brutal. Did you have trouble on that Forest level too? I got so blocked on that during my first night of playing that I came very close to uninstalling

@@Jeremy_Bentham yeah there were 2 levels in the forest that for real had me questioning if it was possible. I spent over an hour on one of the levels in world one and scraped in the A+ time with less than a second to spare. The times definitely get more lenient as you progress. I wouldn’t be adverse to deathless run trophies in this but I am thankful, for my sanity’s sake, that there are not 😂

I think I would put SMB at a 9/10, SMBF at a 10/10 and MMM at a 3/10

Hah, good catch. The last bronze trophy was supposed to be 30 and the plat 31. I got them flipped - it goes back to 30 when the plat pops
