This is THE BEST back maintenance/recovery explanation video I have ever seen. Hit all the points technically, visually appealing, easy to understand, and the music is nice too. You've out done yourself Dom, really an amazing video.

The video editing and the content are so nice, you got a new subscriber. When people turtle (judo), I like grabbing both lapel and rolling to either work from the back or going on top from there so I will gladly work on that. However, this video made me feel damn old when I realised most people born after 2000 probably don't get the joke of the VHS tape... I thank you not for that, Sir!

Great drills my friend, but i have a quick question for you: I noticed that you leave the attacking hand above the hand that's under the armpit, do you have a reason for that? I've always learned that the attacking hand should be under the hand that's under the armpit to protect the attacking hand.

Whenever I have back, they clear my hook and get loose before I can lock the choke. Whenever they have back, if I drop the RNC defense to clear the hook, they lock the choke before I can get the defense back up again lol. what to do if you suck at BJJ still lmao
