How to be Jordan Schlansky - never look someone in the eyes, just stare from time to time intensivly at them! - never answer a question in direct way - stop changing the tone of your voice while speaking - master just a few postures, which alternate through - watch every documentary ever made (as useless as they may seem) - do all kinds of exagerated health routines - lose your soul
@@tezatmezat Jordan farklı bir biber çeşidi istedi ve getiren adama fazla sarıldığı için conanın yaptığı espri: Biber için mi mutlusun yoksa onu gördüğünden mi?

I actually worked with a guy very similar to Jordan Schlansky... People like this DO in fact exist (they still have their human moments though, even if they're rare)
Maybe he's just socially awkward, easily intimidated, shy in front of a camera, not everything is a conspiracy worthy of your pathetic back seat diagnosis.
That "I concur" is without a doubt one of the funniest thing not only from Jordan-Conan sheneningans, but generally from anything Conan produced. Impeccable comedic genius and timing
He obviously has these interests, but he is also a functioning human being, and one who works in comedy, so it is an act, inspired by his real life. My theory is that he doesn't look people in the eye because it makes it easier to not laugh
"Strong body? I feel like I'm holding an oyster! You're like a pinata', a soggy pinata', one kick and a bunch of candy would come out of your belly BWAHAHAHA " -Peak Conan
The part between 0:42-1:03 is the "real" Jordan Schlansky. That scene was completely spontaneous, so that is very likely how Jordan actually _would_ act in real life, and it is honestly not that super-unusual - he acts like a typically reserved and rather introverted guy, and those kinds of people are by nature rather quiet and low-key.
How did they get him to do this silly stuff like walk around in the cowboy outfit or walk around the streets of Italy nude but he took issue with visiting the Carnivale in Italy???
I believe Jordan is his true self Ive met many like him wether it was at school or online. Introverts who spend so much time wit themselves , they understand the interlaced knowledge of ones own self and taking care of ones body, etc....like Jordan in Various ways..... So much of that ‘isolation’ keeps ones view on other people, under-minding them because they think they have superior knowledge, so when Conan does/says something unexpected , i dont really believe he’s breaking character, but more breaking out his over all stable shell in which he tends to always reside, because Conan is genuinely hilarious, and with most of the remotes being improvised 85% of the time It catches Jordans Natural Sense off guard Almost like if someone was too fall randomly -out of the ordinary, but funny
I think the only thing Jorndan changes about his character is that they tell him to try and stay more serious because it's funnier. But he's going up against Conan. That's like trying to stay calm in a centuries old haunted graveyard at 3am on Friday the thirteenth. Oh yeah and you're all alone.
