According to my calculations, 230,000/50=4,600.... You would have needed 4,600 bullets to kill it, and that is if it did not heal. I think you should try a giga next, build a little trap and boom, easy exp with the hunt giga pursuit. Sucks that it took so long to find it just for that to happen. Keep up the great content Iggy! they’re mostly found near red and green obelsik and also on herbivore island

700-1k compound bows are the way to kill a giga. Rifles have significantly less damage ratio and less speed since you can shoot 2 arrows for just 1 bullet. Titans can probably heal mostly a good portion before you can even give it a second round of lead. I've tried it before with a 900 comp bow it took about a good 500-700 arrows somewhat and about a good 30-40 mins of just nothing but chasing and shooting, if available griffins would also be useful in chasing them since you can use a comp whilst on its back.
