if you're ever wondering if something was made in 1.9 or earlier, just remember that custom songs didn't exist until 1.9, and also custom color channels didn't exist until 1.9 either, so having multiple colors flash around wouldn't have been possible.

1.0 = cube, ship, yellow orbs/pads 1.1 = mirror portals 1.2 = ball 1.3 = blue orbs/pads 1.4 = mini portals 1.5 = UFO, pink orbs/pads 1.6 = breakable/invisible blocks 1.7 = speed portals 1.8 = dual portals, slopes 1.9 = wave, custom songs 2.0 = robot, teleport portals, green orbs, moving objects, user coins 2.1 = spider, dash/black/red orbs/pads

The Experience D level you played was uploaded in an earlier update, but was updated in 1.9. The update was never finished, so only a small portion of the level was changed to have 1.9 deco.

Unrelated I guess but I bought Geometry Dash one day on steam, played it that day and haven't touched it again. I should really get back into it.

I might as well leave this here for everyone that doesn’t remember what each update did: 1.0: original version of GD 1.1: added the mirror portal 1.2: added the ball 1.3: first update with new block design, along with the blue jump ring and blue jump pad 1.4: added the mini portal, along with buzzsaws, or cogs, or whatever you wish to call them 1.5: added pink jump rings, pink jump pads, and the u.f.o. 1.6: more block designs (and also fake and invisible spikes) 1.7: added speed changers 1.8: added slopes and dual portals (and technically the swing copter) 1.9: added the wave, three more color channels, and the accessibility to songs on NewGrounds 2.0: added a few triggers, such as the Move and Alpha triggers (and I think the Toggle trigger, but I don’t remember), along with the robot and the green jump ring 2.1: added the spider, the black and red jump rings, the 4x speed changer, and a lot more triggers Every update since 1.3 has added at least one new block design.

Not sure if anyone else noticed this, but at 18:10 he plays the insane demon says it's bugged but dies on a part where there is a purple jump orb and he keeps trying to jump through it... Im pretty sure it's not bugged

About the bugged insane demon- there was a pink jump pad there before the tiny spike

Quantum Force wasn’t actually bugged, there was a pink jump pad on top of the spike that you could touch.

Every update so far (and 2.2) 1.0: Ship, gravity portals, yellow orb and pad 1.1: commenting and mirror portals 1.2: ball 1.3: xStep blocks, more music pulsings, more deco, demons, and blue orb/pad 1.4: Clutterfunk, mini mode, more blocks/deco, sawblades, and active 1.5: ufo, toe, brick blocks, bush spikes, and pink orbs/pads 1.6: new blocks/deco, invisible blocks/spikes, coins, breakable blocks, active deleted, and main level demon (clubstep) 1.7: -1, 1x, 2x and 3x speed portals, and neon/white blocks 1.8: Dual Mode/2 Player Mode, and Red World (inspired the swingcopter) 1.9: 4 Color switches, good creating, bloodbath, wave, nerfed stereo madness coin 3, difficulty updates, and best age of the community. 2.0: robot, green orb, moving objects, rainbow blocks, deadlocked, bad beginning levels, modern style levels, etc. 2.1: Spider, red orb/pad, dash orb/pink dash orb, black orb, 4x speed, daily level, gauntlets, really advanced levels, the shop, the challenge, vault of secrets, the treasure room, mana orbs, and scratch. 2.11: weekly demon, and community shop 2.2: swingcopter, camera controls, background/ground switch, cool deco, teleport orb, spider orb/pad, sideways, backwards, up, and down dash orbs, platforms mode, going backwards in levels (like literally going down percentage), and f blocks.

In the insane demon in the "bugged part" there was a purple jump pad.

Darwin's first level (the insane demon) isn't impossible, there was a pink jump pad

These levels remind me of the more "classic" version of Geometry Dash. It's like a trip in the past seeing levels like this.
