As former wr, there is still nothing more embarrassing than being at a QB camp and dropping a dime pass during a drill like this. Feels like you dropped the game winner everytime lol
The vibe i get from this season is way more friendly than the one 4 years ago.. every one is on the same page and having the time of their life while competing
@@ATownFam24 you definitely dont know what you’re talking about that ball had zip, and perfect spin on it. And he threw with ease some of these guys you can see they are almost putting everything into it
EVERY SCOUT is out here with now. EVERY TEAM, COLLEGE, NFL they got their eyes peeled right now. The amount of pressure is tremendous. For the one that aren’t committed. But NFL still watching. The bread and butter of a team
Wish they would direct this like they used to. More about the background of the players, and doing tasks around camp. We dont wanna see drills for 13 mins we can go to any youtuber at any camp and see this.
@@pascho1057 I just don’t think Hudson is that good. Texas needs an elite gunslinger that we haven’t had or seen in 10 plus years. Hopefully ewers can be that in the next couple years.
I don't feel the juice in this episode, I don't feel the competitiveness, I feel like everyone just wants to be buddies. I'm not saying it's wrong for the QBs to wanna be cool with each other, but idk, it feels too friendly. What happened to the old Elite 11, where we'd get a look into the QB's backgrounds, so that we can understand their struggles, motivations, etc. It's not the same.
Yeah I’m part of Gen-Z and us and the millennials are the participation trophy and everyone is buddies in sports but I hate when my teammates aren’t giving 100% or 110% and aren’t mad when we’re losing
Bro did you see that ball tho?? He was screwing around not taking it as seriously as he should’ve but the way it released was miles above every other person there. I have nothing for or against him but you can just tell when a guy is different from the rest and he definitely was
@@TexboyGamer ya it was clearly not a good throw idiot. But he like @Will said he wasn’t taking it seriously at all, he should have. But that competition clearly didn’t make or break him because he was number 1 qb ranked and it wasn’t even up for debate. He plays great football actually not just good, but good try!
Really not what I’ve come to expect from Elite 11 mini series. Entire first episode is 1 drill? No camp film. No player breakdowns. No type of Intro whatsoever. Didn’t think it would be this bad without Dilfer but the entire energy is off
Agreed, people assume Quinn is the guy but I think Maalik will have a chance to win the job. Plus he can redshirt if not and has a high ceiling. Im just afraid that if Quinn takes it early Maalik might transfer.
I know everyone on here is going to say the school they pull for is the best QB, but Walker Howard has the best spin and pop of the ball out of his hand. The kid who won this round looks like a complete package throwing the ball, Ty going to Bama looks to be one of the strongest well built QBs at this camp. All round 3 QBs is a toss up as who is the best. They all stepped in and threw it like clockwork. 👍
this elite 11 doesnt seem as competitive, also a weak group. ever since the justin fields and trevor lawrence group the competition and setting has changed
Weak group? Quinn Ewers and Walker Howard are studs. But yeah i kinda understand it. Fields and Lawrence were two of the highest rated QBs of all time coming out of HS
I had my fingers crossed I would see Jacurri, while also sweating a little after seeing some really great QB recruits get laughed at before him. And then to see him be one of the few out of the group to crush that drill, just felt all kinds of U pride 🙌
Texas A&M’s trajectory right now looks astonishingly similar to how Clemson came up through the ranks. These Jimbo recruiting classes are filthy af with talent
@@carlosbaez9140 these guys don’t look nearly as competitive or accurate as the past few groups just being honest, looks like a bunch of kids who got there because of their family paying for coaching. Just being honest
I mean they’re literally just throwing at a receiver running in a straight line and 80% of them are shooting it too low or 20 ft behind them.. these are practically middle school passes
@@carlosbaez9140 The other kids have no tape because of COVID. If your school cancelled the season and your parents can't pay for camps or private training, how are you going to get recruited?
Siz is the former wide receiver at lsu from 2019 who only played 4 games number 6 and I think that's the football player that went back down stares at fort
I played against one of these kids last night in my varsity game against cardinal gibbons, Connor Clarke. He torched us and they pulled him out in the 3rd qtr😵💫😵💫
