Running behind so far that I'm in last place for the next race. Three things I have learned about winter 1) Ice is slippery. 2) the ground is hard. 3) Gravity sucks.

I've honestly loved every bit of the Tow Rolla saga. In my honest opinion the mid 90's Corolla is if not one of the greatest vehicles ever made and shipped to the US. They can survive the worst use n abuse, lack of maintenance, being wrecked n half assed fixed 3+ times, horrible winter conditions, no washes (even in salty rust belt states), demolition derbies, and last but not least... The entity that is Chicago. Edit: HUGE THING!!! Just looking out for you. I would definitely would up the security on the new merch shed, my day job is to build or install whatever banks (sometimes the bank managers homes) need to keep safe from thieves, robbers,etc. You have awesome metal working skills and one hell a gifted creative mind may I suggest beefing up the door n frame as a whole (it can be cheaper to beef up an existing dorm frame then going back to scratch), normal door lock handles don't really tend to hold up against determine thieves (cough cough under my breath tweakers and crackheads) for too long, for a good you ain't getting in without a long fight use interior electric magnet locks. As for the windows a open limiting stop, a bar/strip or 2 halfway in between the each pain of glass. As for the A/C a sleeve or collar mounted to the window frame as one sees fit and then have the A/C bolted to it. I know some of this might be excessive but just some good food for thought to keep investments protected because some people out there really do suck.

For cleaning out gas tanks try using fish tank gravel it works really well put your vinegar in there and strapped to tire letter spam

If you want to try something different to replace Rhonda, we bought several brands for work over the years. We had super good results with Dayton vacs, but the Rigid vacs were also decent. My old Craftsman is a tank, but it is also 23 years old and still has a USA made Emerson motor in it. New stuff.... doesn't. I think Rigid still gets motors from Emerson, but I don't know if Emerson is still a USA company. If you want to try something sort of newer, Rock River is sold at Fastenal and we have 4 of them to do water clean up, so far they have been tough and "suck damn good". The caster wheels are lame AF though, we bought two with the metal handle with the big back wheels and those are much nicer. Any way you slice it, good luck with our super awesome global market BS!

I used a tub with water and phosphoric acid for a gas tank I had. It works pretty good. I left it for a few days, rotating it ever now and again.
