social media has a lot to do with that, but you could say the same thing about c-level executives of giant corporations, so-called world leaders, or big political personalities
@@___erikawatching the followers drop off on Instagram over the years used to be a weird feeling like “why don’t these people want anything to do with me” but now when I think about it, I probably wouldn’t have crossed paths with any of them anyways. Social media has always been more than people were meant to have to deal with
I agree but a raccoon momma brings me her new babies every year and shows them off... I'd say were homies. The rest of them are just my acquaintances. Expect the skunks, they're low-key my opps.
Calling him a conservationist is a lil too generous true conservationists know that feeding wild animals is not helping them. Their fear of/discomfort around humans is key to their survival.
lol I live in Florida where lots of species are protected and it’s illegal to feed them, guess which group thinks these laws are “stupid” and “unconstitutional”? cuz it’s not liberals
People are so desperate to believe people like this are special, nicer than anyone else and always in a good mood. That's not how humans do, blows my mind when people find out the curated and manufactured personality of some kid online doesn't actually line up with reality.
crazy to see his downfall. i hung out with him for a few days, did some ocean activities, he was genuinely fun to be around off camera and was brilliant at making videos. he came up with ideas out of thin air on the spot and they were easy and fun to make. wishing him the best moving forward.
I truly believe in his authentic commentary talent I think he needed help with the management of the attention and profits he was bringing in It’s evident he was impressionable and that tends to be the danger
Just cause you hungout doesn't excuse his behavior. You'd probably say the same about that Austrian person who led Germany in 1945 if you hungout with them. Unexcuseable behavior is Unexcuseable.
@@Mr3344555 tweets at 12 arent unexcusable behaviours get a grip, nazism was a horrible time for europe not some fucking kid on the net tf u trippin on
Being called “brother nature” for feeding deer is a slap in the face to all the real wildlife enthusiasts out there. Social media is ridiculous. People should’ve called him out for feeding wild animals which is a huge negative.
It's disheartening to see how a small mistake can have significant repercussions on someone's life and career, even years after. Our ability to face mistakes squarely, learn, and move forward is crucial. I hope Brother Nature finds his way back.
Well, you can kill people in fist fights, especially drunken ones. So its a bit hard to call it a small mistake. Maybe in the future he'll resolve his issues with words but...there's something about him...in his blood...in his soul...that makes me doubt it.
@@davobands feeding deer government lab rat food meant for us isn’t a great career. I know current society brainwashed y’all into thinking being a parasitic SoundCloud rapper or using gimics like animals is a legit great career unfortunately it’s just lame and often short lived (involves no talent or experience) Imo a dentist, plumber, and lawyer are great legit careers. They contribute to society, not latch on like parasite
@@greenmanalishi6963 he wasn’t a rapper? That’s gotta be a racially charged comment 😭 and he was also 17 in the clip where he fed that deer the donuts… 17 year olds do dumb shit and in the next vid pat showed he was feeding the deer bananas and carrots. 17 year old also learn when taught. If he keep learning from his mistakes he could’ve had a great career. Do you get off to hating or something?
- bro has wildlife experience at cousins house - gets jealous - goes home to recreate the scenario on his own - calls the control variable "Money" - world discovers flaws considered red flags shocking
Big Ounce was the one kicking Brother Nature in the head in 2019. he was a prairie dog, but could kick like a mule. lil dude was omniscient and a seer of character. RIP to a real ounce 😢
Me either I'm trying hard enough to live my own life. I figured he did something bad, but all I learned was he got a bunch of hate for getting his ass kicked.
People saying "we aint forget" like they're talking about reach being glassed, i don't think its that big of a deal because the only harm he caused was to himself 💀
I will never understand how people get so obsessed with other people's lives. Especially celebrities and influencers. Guess my life just isn't that depressing to where i have to live vicariously through others.
Deer are gnarly, they eat literal garbage and scavenge roadkill all the time.. So crackers, powdered donuts and whatever processed refined sugar junk food he was feeding them won't actually negatively impact their health.. The real issue is that he's putting them in danger by teaching them to interact with and seek food from humans.
@@JaneDoe-rj4jnyou don’t see a lot of deer if you’ve never seen them eat out of park trash cans, yea junk food isn’t good for them but he fed it like 3 mini donuts the deer is going to be okay
I don't understand the yelling at the animals. You see nice older southern ladies living peacefully with wildlife all the time. Maybe he should have learned from them before trying all this nonsense.
Why do people say literally never heard of him before? Have you figuratively heard of him? Sorry to be a bastard, but I just noticed this use of literally so many times.
@@Dogsineedfiguratively makes no sense and would cause more people to question as opposed to literally. Instead, I think you’re looking for “genuinely”.
Idk who this guy is but why would he apologize to the public for a fight between him an two dudes? If anything he shouldve apologized to those guys and been over it
@Petey0707 ya I think u misunderstood my question. It's not why did he apologize its why does the public feel he needs to apologize to them and not the guys he fought because that's how it was framed in the video
I've lived down the road from this dude for like 15 years. Even at his hype it was rare if someone from our town heard of him. In the poconos we all feed the deer like that.
Damn I remember this guy, and despite all the negative things you said about him , he honestly seemed like a genuinely good guy with so much potential, he didn't deserve to be canceled like that because of a pissy drunk moment (it happens) especially when there is other influencers that have gotten away with way worse
@@Not_Alwayshe wasn’t only feeding deer tho he was funny, kind, and entertaining for animal lovers also he was trying to feed family’s in need as well meaning he was using his social media gain to help people in need he wasn’t only feeding deer maybe rewatch this video before commenting nonsense
I hate when influencers buy “disposable” pets. My family fostered a lot of pets, so I’m hoping they all ended up in another home that fosters animals, and weren’t totally discarded
@@chiggy2206 I'm very much not referring to bears, though those are worse to feed. It doesn't matter if the animal's harmful to you; you're harming the animal. They shouldn't be used to humans like that.
I deadass thought the same thing lol. Patt CC is usually super unbiased with his takes but this seemed super charged towards one side and hating everything the nature guy did idk.
@@AyeSayGang Well, he technically did explain it. It was because he saw his cousin interacting with a deer and decided that he wanted to do it too. It's debatable if that was from jealousy and envy but it's not out of the possibility.
Been around animals all my life and one thing all these “hobby farmers / “influencers” have in common is they care 0 about the animals and usually harm way more harm. Especially when it comes to wild life. (That they love sooo much )
I remember when he was “big” you couldn’t avoid his deer videos idk why it irritated my soul the way he’d talk to the deer like he was lil tay or something
One thing that stands out to me. He got enraged when people filmed HIM in public, yet so many of his videos include taking goats to random stores and filming strangers react to his goat or other “film in public” type videos. What a hypocrite.
Hey Patrick love the comeback you’ve made with this new style of content, moving away from covering music. You really made a great move I’m happy you’ve found so much success. Congrats!
That's why I'm glad I didn't grow up in the social media era. The most brutal, immature, and disgusting jokes and comments were (sadly, looking back on it) incredibly common when I was 12. Show me a kid who wasn't a POS by today's standards back then.
Influencers are just people taping themselves. Why people trust or assume they are good is crazy. How many times these people are exposed for awful things
This cat, this man, this Brother Nature. This dude hilarious period. I ain't canceling him or anyone else. He had a bad night so what? Where I'm from you brush that dirt off and come right back the next day.
This is why proper management, security, is needed if your going to become a public image. mostly to save yourself from your self. It's not until its all over do people realize they did it to themselves!
Hey, Patrick! I just subscribed to your channel after watching 46 videos of yours because you go real deep into the topics you discuss in them. Your videos are very telling and you do a lot of research before doing them. If you're open to new ideas for topics on who to do videos on, I do have a few names for you as suggestions if you want: - Vince McMahon - Kanye West - Tony Khan - Drake - Azealia Banks - Carlos Mencia - Amy Schumer - Colleen Ballinger (Miranda Sings) - Ronda Rousey - Benzino - Charlamagne tha God - The Carter family (Nick, Aaron, Bobbie Jean, Leslie, Angel) - Britney Spears Again, these are just suggestions. You don't have to do them if you don't want to. But if you do, I'll be one of the first people to watch them. Thank you very much for the content. Keep up the great work!
My neighborhood is filled with deer. Every morning when I walk my dog I see a dozen-18. Every day. Like every third house keeps a pot full of cracked corn and oats for em. They all just roam around and eat. They sleep in our yards, under our trees and decks. It’s wild. I take hella pictures. I don’t feed em. I’d never touch one, they’re covered in ticks that carry lime disease.
@@rebeccaspratling2865I live right by a forest, I used to see deer every now and then but nowadays it’s a rare opportunity to see even one, there’s usually squirrels, mourning doves, blue jays and woodpeckers here, I haven’t seen a raccoon here in a long time, we don’t get tortoises but there’s box turtles that come here during the summer.
The practice of going digging through years and years of someone’s social media posts with the hopes of finding something negative to use against that person is disgusting and pathetic as hell
Never heard of him before. The dude literally just gave wild animals garbage human food lmfao. Anyone could do this and the animals could keep showing up. They aren’t bonding. He’s giving them Fkn donuts. SMH. What a joke.
babe wake up! Patrick CC has dropped a video of downfall of some random person on earth which i don't know anything about him but im curious and dumb.😭😭
It’s always Miami man. As soon as I heard “one might in Miami” the way I rolled my eyes so hard. As a Miami native who still lives here, Miami is the worst
Thanks for finally mentioning the obvious at the end: handsome dude + animals = engagement. That alone was probably more than half of the reason for his success...he tried to capitalize on it but had no substance to offer.
Urban Rescue Ranch is THE BEST!! Ben has such a fun personality, and you can tell he really cares about every animal that comes into his care. He's done so much work and it feels like he's underappreciated.
