One thing I got in the video is we again have to go through the case laws thoroughly while you gave brief introduction about the case laws. Right sir?
Yes. Case Laws need to be seen different ways in different times. Sometimes facts not important and only what was held in the case important where as sometimes the facts itself is important. I try to give key information from the case law

Thank you. I list the videos in playlist based on some syllabus. I usually don't number the videos because sometimes might miss a content and later I do it and add in playlist. Possibly watch the videos in playlist so you get them in right order

My uncles are hiding my grandfathers ancestral properties so that it goes to their children only since we(me and my sibling) don't know how much and where the properties are. Is there any way to find out without putting case??
