Fun fact - the first one is specifically based on the 1979/80 Ligier F1 car. The real car was sponsored by Gitanes cigarettes, which became "Citanes" on the Transformer. Ligier spent most of their F1 existence being a bit crap, but had a brief period of "actually quite good somehow" in about 1979-81.

I got the first two and probably would have got Horri-bull and Spinister about 30 years back. I was never that up on pretenders (possibly because they did pretender versions of Bumblebee and Jazz so the deception ones were more memorable, both in name and appearance, notably Bludgeon).

The Transformers have some weird names in English, so when it was exported into China, they practically renamed a lots of them with awesome names. Like Optimus Prime's name is changed to; the Pillar of Sky Holdings, Megatron is; Sky Shocking Might. That's more literal translate back of course, poetically they can be translated to Sky Holder and Mightest One.. But to be honest, English can not do their name true just..
