The Troop - Turn-Based Tactical WW2 Game 

Hope everyone's having a nice day while watching the vid.

Im absolutely in love with the games look, nothing fancy, not tree is too green, there is no weird decorative but useless clutter. Everything looks realisitic and...regular, which in my opinion creates the most immersion for a realistic game!

I saw it went on sale today and wanted to watch a video on it today and here you are, right on time after work

Great video! Is it possible to destroy/damage buildings in this game? By means of heavy weapon fire, I mean.

Hi would you try Infection Free Zone Prologue? Or not a type of the game for you?

First time I have seen/heard about this game so as a newbie here are my thoughts: 1. graphics are nice, 2. AI is annoying laying the boys in the middle of the street, 3. AI is cool that it first moves support infantry and fires suppression before assaulting, 4. buildings need to be transparent when combat is happening inside, 5. need more voices beside "on the move" over and over. 6. would be nice if suppression may prevent orders from being carried out.

Looks like a good enough game. Something I'd enjoy for sure. However, I gotta say.....I can't get it out of my mind... From the first moment towards the start of the video, when you clicked on a tank on the beach and it showed in hexes where the tank could go, I immediately thought, "Oh! Okay, so it's kinda like Memoir '44. Hmm, okay, cool! Sweet." If you weren't already aware, Memoir '44 is a WW2 tactics/battle board game and it's got hexes and tiles. Terrain tiles like hills, hedge rows, towns, etc.... Combat uses dice, so say tank unit fires at the enemy who's on a hill tile. Since the tank is not, a terrain modifier applies of -1 die. So, the attacker (the tanks) would roll 2 dice instead of the normal 3. But yah, anyway,.... Very much made me think of that game. I would advise you go check out a Memoir '44 review/how to play video. I think it would very much be up your alley. Thank you for the video! 😀

I don''t like the system when your unit have full moving point but never react to shoot when enemy is visible or close enough

Doesn't seem like a lot of missions for a game that costs £30, feels like I could finish those missions in less than 2 hours and get a refund lol

Can anyone else not stand the hex tile look in games? Like it just absolutely ruins it for me

Ahhh, the non-US landing beaches; where resistance was the least among the landing sites.

It's supposed to be realistic but it's turn based, which is unrealistic.
