At one point i just got angry because i didn't see a reason to open the right side... But i guess rinsing off the fork and spotting the finished ones are reasons...
@@onetruemultistan5746bro when you grow up, you’ll realize, most states, don’t even have a glove law for food preps. Mine doesn’t, many others don’t. The fact HES WEARING GLOVES MEANS HE CARES AND DOESNT want to cross contaminate..
@@cship1110 Doesn't matter if there is a glove law, reason is that it is safer and more hygienic to not use gloves and just constantly wash your hands. However, it IS recommended by the FDA to wash hands between changing gloves, which he didn't do.
@@onetruemultistan5746 keep crying buddy, wait till you see how the food is actually prepared inside factories before it hits your table, the gloves will be the least of your worries child
I love the in between steps he does as he’s in his flow. Tapping the metal. Flipping over the lids. There’s always a natural reset to his flow. It’s awesome to watch.
It's the efficiency and precision for me. Watching someone do something is one thing, but watching it be done masterfully is the thing that draws me in.
what u mean stressful? i think its chill as fuck like no boss yelling at you, the customers are chill, place is calm, literally 0 worries, it's only him and the dogs
@@samizin911 Bruh everytime on youtube i need to explain myself if i say something, it would be a little stressfull in this one particular video as he is all alone with a long line of people waiting and if people order 5 p.p you need to be fast!
@@samizin911 This work is stressful. It's constant physical labor with no breaks when there are a line of customers waiting, you have to be quick, manage inventory, keep the workspace sanitary, correctly make the orders. It's like fast food work, but you're doing kitchen, register, customer service, janitor, manager, boss, all at the same time.
@@samizin911If he's going at it alone day to day with a line of costumers it's gonna be stressful my man, not only that but he has to think about the orders and multitask on other stuff so that everything goes fine, I'll take my desk job over this any day, sitting on my chair staring on a computer screen opening a spreadsheet.
Speaking Spanish back to that guy and his kid, even though it was broken, says a lot about this guy. And saying have a good one after was awesome haha. And second, I never thought about cutting open the hotdog, I am going to try it!
Who cares if it's broken, they are the ones in a country where English is the dominant language... they are the ones who should at least try speaking English. 🙄
Too much mustard for me. Good lord that’s a lot of mustard… but I do have to admit they do look good as hell (lmfao light mustard though my guy. I mean like 10%)
My fault. That isn't mustard. It's cheese. I didn't notice until I watched another of his videos. Because I was also thinking it was pretty heavy on the mustard. Lol
@@criz6825 Idk it was pretty obvious because there's no way most people like would like that much mustard on their hotdog lol, the texture is different too compared to regular yellow mustard
He opens the same empty container every single time he makes a hot dog like you would think eventually he would go oh yeah there's nothing in that but nope he just continues to do it constantly. He could be a lot more efficient.
I don’t think he was confused, at first I was like how does this dude keep forgetting?!? But I think he’s just moving them around so they get hot quicker.
Great video man!! You definitely have making delicious hotdogs down to a science ! Extremely fast and efficient in every move!! You just earned my respect and I subscribed .. THANK YOU!!!
This guy is a professional of professionals, notice how he didnt touch any of the food with his right hand. This is more than impressive for me. Haven't seen such level of discipline. The right hand, black gloves, he uses it to hold utensils, wrappers, sauces, payment device, and money ( at the end ). The left hand, white gloves, only for the buns. Keep up brother.
I'm obsessed with the round condiment squeeze bottles with squishiness, flexibility and plasticity. I'm obsessed with mustard and ketchup that I squeeze on my hotdogs, cheeseburgers and sometimes fries and hash browns. Sometimes, I squeeze honey barbecue sauce on my fries and hash browns. I'm not the fan of mayonnaise and relish. I like food trucks/stands/vendors. I don't go to the fall fairs like I usually did, but I could have corn dogs and fries with mustard and ketchup.
this is what I love the internet for... just scrolling random through comments just to find a guy writing a paragraph about how much he loves "round condiment squeeze bottles with squishiness, flexibility and plasticity." lmao keep it up brother
@@martyrainy9934 it would help me lose weight! So, I be down for it. But I live in North Carolina. Plus I had no place stay up there. But if I did, and had way move there. He got free help. Just for a few hot chilli and onion mustard dogs and drinks.
You definitely pay for convenience. Then again I don't live in a major city, so instead of hot dog vendors I got QT hot dogs about $1.79 for comparison. I'm sure the quality is day and night though
Эффективно. Но достаточно много антисанитарии. В Москве такое сложно представить , так как у нас очень серьезной силой является Санитарно - эпидемиологическая станция, без разрешения которой невозможно легально открыть фаст фуд.
after you finish a task (lets say 4 hdogs), wich took some time, you better move "the dogs" and the water in both boxes, to achieve a more even temperature on all dogs, sorry i am not him, he will probably be too busy selling those juicy tasty little doggies
@@nickyeary2727 Even from the start of the video when the left side had enough dogs in there but he would keep opening the right side then go to the left side. Thought maybe just to make some extra noise!
It's a muscle memory thing. The first compartment is probably his main. So he naturally wants to reach for it. But since the hot dogs are cold he has to go to the second drawer. It's simply that habits are hard to break.
Curious, howcome you always open the one up on the right of were the hotdogs are? Are those more hotdogs cooking and your making sure that they aren't over cooked? Just randomly came across this video and have always been fascinated by food trucks and the people that operate them.
Like he keeps checking if the hot dogs left the container… my family sitting here watching saying THEY ARE STILL THERE QUIT OPENING THE RIGHT SIDE 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Konnichiwa! I've always loved that the word for hotdogs is basically the same in Japanese, as a loanword -- "Hotto Doggu" Are there any toppings you see here that you can't find in Japanese vendors? Or vice-versa?
Not huge fan of hot dogs but my favorite job when I was 18 was working for a small hot dog restaurant where i used to live and being able to work out of the truck when it was summer
