I love how clean you keep everything both in the restaurant and in the food truck. Good work ethic and the food looks great!! From what I gather you are in Denmark. You need to open shop up here in Florida :). Love the vids, keep them coming.
An "ACE" line cook? I'd have to see him during a rush before I'd say that. Too much burger flipping to suit me. Also, he's a little heavy-handed on the cucumbers.
I used to work at a sausage stand in Fenuil Hall for over 10 years. I love how clean you keep that grill. I used to be the exact same way. Keep up the great work and keep that content coming. Remember me when you have millions of subscribers 😁
i worked in a 5 star resort bar and grill you should always cook ray food on the other side of the grill if you already have cooked meet. the way you moved the raw beef to the side and put the cooked beef in its place as well as moved the onions with the same spatula that touched raw meat the spatula don't get hot enough to burn the raw germs away, either then that. that looks good af i want to get some of your food
This looks like Denmark cause of the Danish signs in the background or perhaps Sweden but I’m pretty sure it’s Denmark. I lived there for 7 year and my two kids who are Danish still live there with my ex wife. I was there in Copenhagen 3 weeks ago visiting my kids for Christmas. It’s like home to me after living there so long and learning Danish fairly well (not the hardest language to learn if you try, except saying soft d’s) and I always enjoy when I visit twice a year. I ate from food carts and trucks all the time there and the food was always great. They have these carts called sausage wagons (I believe) and I loved them after a few beers. Cheers from America, Skooooooooool Hej Hej.
@@Safalshrestha555 Burger Hymen isn't necessarily a bad name. Great marketing. If you haven't had a burger from Burger Hymen, you're still a virgin. Come pop your cherry!... 😬😉
save yourself some time and premix your salt and pepper into one seasoning container for your burgers, and keep it on the grill side so you don't have to turn around for it.
I am a nepalese citizen but currently living in denmark working in danish restaurant named as burger hytten You can visit us at Greve solrød vallensbæk and hvidovre ✌️✌️😊
Dig the vid and the food looks good, but I gotta be honest: Based on your stylized banner, I have no idea what your company is called beyond "Burger Hy...". Is it Burger HyUpen? Burger HyHouseen? Burger HyShacken? See what I mean?
