Love the twist at the end, keep the cheater from being seen or heard, perfect way to limit the impact and not fall into the trap the cheater has laid. Same problem in Gran Turismo 7 and Sim Racing games, the ones who exploit/cheat/drive-dirty get into the videos of the big guys, which gives them notoriety and then encourages and emboldens them to continue their bad behaviour. Gotta break the chain, which is what you have done here masterfully. Great vid, great story. One of your best I think!

Minor point at 6:05 - TAS don't involve using AI, they just record your inputs and let you go back and edit them, allowing you to create a perfect shot more easily.

TAS was (and still kind of is) a big thing in Trackmania as well. It was used as a tool to assist speedruns and get as close as possible to perfect exectuion. Nowadays its used more as a 'bar setter' to see how perfect you, as a human can get to near perfect. If you want to see how TAS was abused. honestly, i know what jimmy did was bad and all, but really well thought out. it takes a next level of mind to even think of what he did. not saying the part with his friends was good. but the fact that he took the script and was able to tweak so many things is honestly incredible

As a new RL player and someone who takes game integrity very seriously I can't help but thank the people like Nytrodryft and Taku enough. While watching this video and hearing them break down how they were able to catch him cheating was soooo refreshing. The saying is good guys finish last. But in reality, bad guys never finish. Better late than never.

I think this is honestly more a documentary on internet culture as a whole, the blind defense of a person you've never met and being blatantly wrong is shocking

This a genius way to praise the good people, Reminds me of this case where a 12 year old kid named Colton S… something went on a whole crime spree stealing airplanes and cars and partying it up in peoples houses when they’re gone. He basically said when he went to prison the first time that the whole reason was to sell his story some day and that’s how he’ll make his living. Well he ends up getting caught and in court the judge sentenced him to sell his story to Warner bro’s for the bond amount not giving him any profits from it ever, And the judge ended it off in the best way possible and what the ending praise reminded me about saying “Crime Doesn’t Pay”. I am not a current rl player and i dont watch sunless all that often, once every 3 months i come back and binge his vids when bored and drunk....i dont even like sunless that much except for his editing skills, but u gotta admit...not revealing Jimmy's name was an awesome move man....Kudos....imagine being a good 38 year old person playing a 12 year old kids game and coming out morally righteous.

ive been playing warzone daily for years and its refreshing to finally play a game where cheating is so obscure that this is such a big deal. Warzone has gotten better but there was a period i ran into blatant cheaters in every other game i played. Rocket league is a very nice fun game to play when warzone has me tilted.

Idk how I ended up here, but regarding the TAS part, don't fear it, don't try suppress it. I've been a part of a couple of speedrun communities and TASers are amazing, they can validate if something is real, they can give you theoretical limits and all. Get them on-board, if you think a reply is fake as a TASer to try replicate it, if they can't, then theres a good chance it's fake.

2015 there was a cheat... invisible allways stuck to the ball with infinite flicks. didnt last long until got fixed. maybe a week or so

Okay the last 3 days I was trying to find the guy you talked about. I found him and now im sad he stopped. I have been a part of the rocket league community for about 2½ years, somehow he has flown under my radar. In his videos I noticed what one of the 2 said in the video: He got more greedier." Yup its noticable, with every newer video the clips got stranger and stranger until to the point the touches are obviously fake
