I'll be a sofa general and say that Carthage should have never sallied out but it looked like either they were new player (that's ok), lacks strategy and battlefield awareness (not ok) or was throwing the game (def not ok).

Very interesting battle. Definitely snacks and drinks worthy. I was like you was wondering what was at the town center as well. Excellent counter to horse faction with ardeii and spears from arverni. Defenders to some part did corral defenders into that one open area. Berserkers from suebi a problem berserkers from macromonndi a bigger problem, 80 to 160. Defenders did have superior archers should’ve focused down on them immediately. Not a big fan of sally out thru breach in front of the settlement for defenders. I think ardeii role was to counter and reinforce. Arveni and macromondi role was to kill, kill, kill. Excellent commentary and tips and tricks. Keep them sieges coming. I like you replayed the siege thru the end.

What a game, Carthago better had used his pikes and hoplites to defend the breach instead of sending them out, if you do things like this you must have lots of archers on the wall to make this a win . But in my hmble opinion macedon batter had kept all his units inside, and used his pikemen to defend the townsquare. 4 lost cartagian hoplites could have hold the attacker for a while .Annyway it was nice to watch . I think as a defender ad the start must keep ad least each player 2 to 3 units close to the townsquare for a last stand and play on time. Make the attackers work and nervieus about the clock is tikking away. THANKS for posting this crazy siege ! ! !

160 Berserkers in a unit always freak me tf out 😂

Beserkers are both squishy and deadly extra deadly when used as a support unit. Bad move on carthage bringing the hoplites out, good attempt at trying to assasinate the beserker but dont bring pikes out for that or any decent backbone infantry. Should just use a "pleb" unit for that

Marcomanni kinda cheaty especially with 160 berserker which are op as normal berserker have half the men but cost the same

Would be interesting if you could do tutorial videos on how to do sieges as someone that’s never played on online (very old laptop) I wouldn’t have a clue on what to do

very rarely see defenders win. when i do custom battle attackers have 8 or 9 artillery and if you dont sit on wall and let them destroy you the rest of the army wont attack
