I believe that Kars's stand would be "The World", but not the one that appeared at the end of stardust crusaders. He would have the original "The World", in which he would have every stand. This is because we know that stands are based off of who someone is or what strengths or abilities they have. If Kars can copy any genetics, then he theoretically could create the perfect genetical make up to manifest the ultimate stand, every stand.

Well depends. People with Quirks can harm the user but not the stands. Plus some stands would be basically impossible to beat for some quirk users (Death 13 is pretty much an instant win until someone discovers the user... which... good luck). It would be interesting match ups though.
Also got overhaul and eri too, capable of touching anything fusing them or completely deconstructing and rewinding anything to not exist and infinite healing

The reason he doesn't do these things in the manga/anime is he simply doesn't know about the existence of other lifeforms or abilities of said life and simply would not think to try them, if ultimate Kars saw other techniques performed in anime he would perfectly copy them and make them better, exactly like what he did with hamon. Because their all performed by living things.
I just realized: Kars could make pearls. Since clams are organic lifeforms and produce nacre to create pearls, so if kars got his hands n some sand and encased it in nacre, he could make a pearl, and technically of any color too, by his choice.
If you think about it if you take account of the information from this video. Kirby is essentially like Kars. Kirby can inhale an enemy, gain the opponent's power, and use it even more better than the original user. Kars vs Kirby is very... Very interesting for me. If Kirby *somehow* inhales Kars, it's essentially an even matchup that would end up as a tie. And please remember to not underestimate the pink puff ball for the people who dosent know much of Kirby. It has the ability to see all futures and possible outcomes as if they were grains of sand. Then he could hop to one of those timelines or alternate futures that benefit him. He also activated the achwallen (may be incorrect spelling) which allowed him to steal all previous stern witter abilities (a group that ywach created that had powers based on their letter designation i.e. A the antithesis or V the visionary) which had busted abilities in their own right. Also he stole Yamamotos bankai, who's blade reaches 15 million degrees Celsius and what ever it cuts can get burnt out of existence. He also has a plethora of other powers that will take so much to right out and explain. Just a thought

Gurren Lagaan is powered by spiral energy, and is thus infinite. Kars can copy or even overwhelm this level of spiral energy due to being the perfect organic being. Kars has equal or greater power in terms of spiral power alone, and thus can easily overpower it with any other energy source (i.e. hamon)
Kars has fought for long enough that he should have an almost intrinsic understanding of human weapons, how best to use them, and how humans fight, both when trained and when untrained. Combine that with Kars's superhuman reaction speeds and movements, and he would be the undisputed king of SAO. Even someone as broken as Heathcliff would struggle against Kars, if he had a chance of winning at all.
If it was a mixed universe, Kars would turn gain access to the DNA that makes Cell so strong, and then be hundreds of times stronger because he can perfect abilities of any lifeform, so frieza’s prodigy, Super Brolys mutated Strength, zenkai boosts, and even god ki/ destruction energy and more. And all even stronger than the original, without training

I think Kars' stand would be one that allows him to copy other stand abilities, and use them at higher strength. The limiting factor would be that he can only copy and use so many stand abilities at once.

Kars can copy physical, biological beings, that leaves a lot of potential enemies whose power he wouldn't be able to imitate. To state a few: The Angels (and maybe EVAs) from Evangelion. While they seem to be living things they are made from something that is neither wave nor particle, so Kars, having at most control over all the particles of his body, cannot copy them. Each has different abilities but all have the power to destroy cities and the strongest can control souls, which Kars surely has. Gilgamesh, King of Heroes from the Fate/ series. He has a living physical biological form and a spiritual one, but even in his living form Kars can't copy his powers because they come from Gilgamesh's heroic deeds in his former life and have nothing to do with his body. Gilgamesh has access to all of humanity's treasures both from the past, present and future. Those include thousands of magical weapons and armours each one with a special power, magical spaceships and infinite wine. He can shoot his treasures and high speed, so imagine a giant gatling gun shooting legendary weapons. One of them has been shown to be able to destroy cities and pocket universes. He can also attract all gold to himself. Shinigamis, Hollows and Vizards from BLEACH. They are spirits made from reishi, not matter. Each one has special abilities including raising and controlling the dead, literal omnipotence, bringing whole areas to absolute 0 and being able to fight at that temperature (Kars would get brain death like when trown into space). Many have the power to destroy cities. Zeref from Fairy Tails. Has instant death magic. Father from FMAB. Has absolute control over matter and energy, meaning his power is not limited to matter nor just to his own body. He can simply decide Kars is now a toaster and thats It. Haruhi from The Melancholy or Haruhi Suzumiya. She is God. Any android (sans Cell) from DBZ, DBGT or DBS. They have more than enough power to blow up the moon and most are not biological beings. The ones that have a human body get nothing from It, they have normal human bodies with technological enhancements. The many eldritch gods from Lovecraft's world. They are very strange beings, and while most have strong bodies the power of the strongest ones comes from something that is either magic or technology, or something in-between, not their biology. When you seriously want to come up with "the most powerful of all fiction" you have to compare and weight how many levels of omniscience characters have, time control, death immunity, omniversal omnipotence, resistance to reality warping, etc. I have no idea who that character may be but I know Kars is nowhere close.
Ok so I found Kars possible only weakness (within you scenario) : A non-living being, therefore my oponent is Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann! As Gurren Lagann is only a Machine (non-living) you cannot match it's capabilities. He may copy the spyral energy but the max point of that is only never aging again, without a Ganmen the spyral energy is kind of useless regarding combat.

I know this video is kinda old but Kars vs SCP 682, SCP-073, or any other invincible SCP verse entities would be interesting, and probably would cause the end of the world and a few paradox.
Kars would most likely manage to replicate their powers, also kars is way more immortal considering he survived literal 1000 degree lava, 682 cant deal with acid, scp 073 would be dealt with some type of shell

I don't think Kars would have alien powers unless the aliens had some kind of connection to Earth's evolution. Wasn't it stated that the reason he has the power of any life form is because his DNA has the history of all of (Earth's) evolution and his regenerative powers allow him to take the form of any of those life forms? In that case his DNA shouldn't have the DNA of some alien race that has no connection to the Earth's life, thus making him unable to have that alien's powers.

Kars Vs the Metal Gear Solid universe (Specifically MG Rising) I believe, since Kars had been shown only in the Jojo universe, which is close to our own in terms of evolution, Kars was able to mimic and exceed anything Evolution had produced. Anything living, that had evolved from other organisms with DNA he could copy, but he was never shown to copy Technology. We have an example in Battle Tendency with Stroheim, whom was a Cyborg, with augmentations made by technology. The best technology in the world at that time in Jojo was not advanced enough to beat even regular Kars, but if the Metal Gear Solid Universe met the Jojo universe, with Technology that produced Raiden and other Cyborgs in Metal Gear Rising were to meet Kars, without any other extreme lifeforms or powers for Kars to copy, a sufficiently advanced Cyborg would be able to take on, and perhaps even defeat Kars, but it would have to be one hell of an advanced Cyborg. That's who I believe could Defeat Ultimate Kars :)

The stands that come to mind when I try to figure out who could beat Kars is GER, Cream, and depending on how you look at it, Killer Queen. GER is the obvious one, trapping Kars in an infinite time loop of being sent back in time isn't something you can worm your way out of with the ability to alter your genes. Cream is a stand I feel like a lot of people dismiss when discussing powerful stands, and they do it because Vanilla Ice misused Cream horribly. The ability to disappear into an alternate dimension, leaving behind only a vacuum of pure nothingness is an ability that can survive and counter any other. Even stands like The World, GER, and King Crimson don't have a way to combat this, as they can't reach into the separate dimension that Vanilla Ice hides in. The ability to annihilate any matter that comes into contact with Cream's bubble also gives Vanilla Ice a way to actually harm Kars, if he caught him by surprise. I imagine if Kars knew Cream was coming, and that the bubble wasn't something he could defend against, he would find some ability that would allow him to detect the bubble's range. But, if Kars was caught by surprise, or the more likely outcome of Kars being overconfident in his survivalist against any damage, Cream would have a chance to wipe away whatever part of Kars' body he touched. Now. For the hot take of today. Killer Queen. In my opinion, depending on how you look at Killer Queen's ability, he has a chance of vaporizing Kars. Killer Queen doesn't cause things to explode per se, that would give Kars the chance to regenerate faster than he exploded, KQ "destroys" whatever it touches. I choose to interpret that as atomizing something, completely annihilating any object that consists of something larger than an atom, and not even Kars could survive that. Powerful and tough as he is, Kars is still a living being that requires a body, once separated into his individual atoms he is no longer "Kars". Killer Queen would've killed the perfect life form by giving it a little tap. That, or Kars COULD regenerate somehow from a single atom, allowing each seperated atom to form it's own Kars. Terrifying. I'd love to hear thoughts and dissections on any of these three stands, and if you agree or not.
Kars is very likely to beat anyone. He could defeat all the naruto characters because being the ultimate lifeform he would never be overpowered because Chakra is your life force. Kars has infinite life, therein anyone in naruto loses cause nobody can overpower him. and Kars vs Saitama... Saitama would get the opponent he had been searching for all these years but i doubt he'd kill kars and Kars vs Kenshiro... kenshiro would get tired out. idk if someone can beat him, he's like madara. he was too strong and had to be retconned and written out of the story.
Chilled What about Majinn Buu? Buu is a demon, not a living thing, so Kars couldn't copy his powers. Also, candy beams and absorption are hard to beat.
Chilled you do know that chakra is native to the naruto universe and that it is from a space plant from space fairing aliens. Kars could probably fall to infinite tsukiyomi and some genjutsu but since he doesn't have any chakra it may not work.
Chakra in essence is life energy, what we see in naruto is them utilising hand seals to release that life energy in different ways. if we place Kars and the narutoverse on even ground then the same way he'd be able to make a sharingan or a rinnegan or hell even the rinne-sharingan that same way he would be able to understand chakra by letting people try to fight him. Kars would however already be untouchable in hand-to-hand combat due to his ultimate hamon and i will remind you that some genjutsu can be broken out of by sheer willpower while for others Kars just needs to create himself a sharingan to counter and i doubt Kars lacks the ability to do either. By placing him on an even playing field Kars would be able to defeat even the nine-tails by just letting himself be battered around before he kicks things into third gear. Kars cannot be defeated because kars is all life on earth, he is nature. Another thing is that who the hell would even use the infinite tsukuyomi? you need a rinne-sharingan for that and both users of it are dead.
Majin buu is pure magic, he can be beaten but it would be difficult. However i think Kars and Buu would be a bit like the situation of Super Buu and Vegito where Buu couldnt absorb Vegito and Vegito kept fighting back even when transformed into candy. Kars could probably defeat the good buu and the skinny evil gray buu, but i dont know if he could beat Super Buu or Kid Buu.
