This has been an awesome podcast. Thank you thank you love Derks answers God bless you guys for putting this topics. I was feeling a type of depression for my weight and how i work out and don't see defenition. But this talk brought strength to me. Spiritually I'm a Jesus follower as well. im christian. Derek God put you here for a reason keep using this platform brother greate way to share salvation. I think all comes down to decisions and Jesus went many places to evangelise sometime we also have to be in places and do things to get to peoples lives don't makes us like them but who would go if we don't go? God put Derek in this bodybuilding world to spread salvation. Evogen thank you.

Accountant here 👋🏼 If the purpose of trip is for business, you can right every expense as a business expense. But if just the meals are going to be “business related”, you gotta calculate what percentage of expense was food, or just how much of the total price was made up by meals. Then you can right that portion off.

I like how Derick kind of shut downs the guy who was trying to say “oh but the Bible doesn’t talk about PEDs” bottom line, with less words. Because I’m a born again Christians who using PED’s. Not a lot by any means, I tend to get away with using less then people say is low. It’s not my job, I’m not reaching people who I wouldn’t if I didn’t. So I can’t even justify it like that. But I don’t abuse it.

Our holy book is the Quran, which came from God and teaches us what to eat or not to eat, such as pork, and what to drink or not to drink, such as alcohol. There is a reason why God tells us not to consume certain things, and it is for our own good. I believe that following these guidelines creates a sense of discipline within us, which is the key to success in life and being the master of our own minds.
