I've been fatigued since my midteens. I've been told it could be a number of things. I've tried many things. Nothing has helped, overall. I'm almost 50. I'm tired of being tired.

If there is no such thing as adrenal fatigue then I think I'm just really really lazy cause I wake up so so tired and could literally sleep all day or lay in bed all day. No energy no motivation no ganas 😢

Same here. But it could be a number of things. Including ADHD. Have you had lab work done? Have your thyroid checked, too.

You could have sleep apnea, or 100's of other possibilities

@@malikacampbell3707Keep check on blood pressure, A1C/Blood sugar, hormone imbalances. Anxiety, depression, autoimmune illnesses. It could be anything

Adrenal fatigue = fake news!!!! Thank you for sharing this truth. ❤ I have all of the symptoms named…. And I have Sjogren’s. My goodness, the stress and mismanagement if we had only been looking at the adrenal glands while searching for a diagnosis. 😮

My wife is the one that gives me the stress and the sleep apnea got it from when I was in the hospital because they don't let you to sleep

You can't CATCH sleep apnea.

The hospital that doesn't "let you sleep" is a farce! Sleep apnea is REAL! You can't "catch it." It means that your heart literally stops beating in your sleep. Best check with a Heart specialist and get a sleep study done

Adrenal glands- I was told that it causes me to lose potassium? Is that a real thing? What treatment is best for Adrenal glands that seem to be failing? Does weight gain come with failing adrenal glands?
