about black seed oil and if you don't know about it I want to tell you the benefits and my experiences with it first of all I got introduced to this by somebody who was telling me that it helped with their energy it helped take away their pain inflammation that helps
them sleep better so right away knowing the person that it was I wouldn't expect them to have used it and I definitely trusted them when they told me about it so I went out and picked it up I did my research first I saw that it is it is said that it has basically unlimited amount of benefit it is said that it cures everything but death so that pretty much is you know everything in between life and death so
like I said I did my research I saw a lot of good things about it I went out and tried it and I know a few other people that have been using it so my personal experience with it is number one I have this dry cough that I always have I've done tons of test allergy tests I've been to all these different doctors I could not find out what the problem is what causes it I've been trying to eliminate foods part
of me not eating meat I was trying to see if you know I was allergic to meat and different things and I could not find out what the issue was I've started taking black sea oil and the very first night I took it I stopped coughing and it was definitely more it was definitely
noticeable because when I went to work that night as soon as I walk into my job every night there's a carpet there and I start coughing and I just noticed throughout the whole night I wasn't coughing I didn't have throat irritation and I was like wow I think this is working and that was funny because

THE FITNESS RADAR black seed oil is definitely the truth, the first day I tried it, it helped with my sleep. I normally get 5-6 hrs. Sleep felt really good, and energy was maintained throughout the day, even though I actually got about 4 hrs of sleep. I woke up feeling great. I'm really not your avg morning person, I'm usually just up and out the house. But I ended up getting a lil workout in, and juicing. I know that may sound like some bs but yeah it's real. I turned my wife on to Black Seed Oil after my first bottle of the soft gel caps and all I can say is that "GOD IS GOOD" she has suffered with more health issues than I care to report. I had a cough for 4.5 years ... Oct 2012 'til Feb 2017. I've had all kinds of tests, different meds, made up diagnoses (because they didn't know the reason for the cough). My coughs were filled with mucous also. One visit, I asked one of my doctors if my insides could be one huge fungus. He said it could be inflammed. I had some tests which showed my pH level was acidic (as low as 3.0) and I was checked for AIDS, HIV, Lupus MS, etc. All came back negative. I took one test which showed my stomach/intestines were full of mucou6s. My next visit to this one doctor I was told to take locally made honey and some black seed oil. I took one tsp honey and two tsp black seed oil, raw, cold compressed kind. The next day my cough had diminished tremendously. After that it took about 3-4 days for the cough to be completely gone. No more feeling like hundreds of darts were sticking in my body while coughing. Thank God for doctors who listen to their patients and aren't afraid to step outside the box. My energy is slowly returning, as well.

Sput B I had a very bad dry cough for 5 months. I was coughing at least 20 times an hr. Four hours after the 1st dose I noticed I had not coughed in 4 hrs. That's what I'm wondering about so many of these ppl taking this. I'm still researching BSO, and it sounds good, but it'll only be an addition to my other supplements and my diet. I've cured my illnesses and pains with other things so I don't *need* it, but it'll be an experiment. I'd find it weird if someone is eating Burger King, McDonald's, fried foods, and drinking sodas and taking this. Would it still be effective?

Heals toe fungus! My husband has had a toe nail fungus for over 10 years and had tried everything to get rid of it, even doctor prescriptions and nothing had worked. I started taking it in Nov 2016. I do feel better overall. I have a lot more energy, better sleep, and waaaaay more energy for working out. The craziest thing though. I had a cut that bled a lot. I put the black seed oil on the cut after washing it out, and do you know after about an hour I could not feel or see where I was cut!!! Amazing stuff, I'm telling you!

Just got it yesterday 11/12/18. Took 1/2 teaspoon before dinner and 1/2 at bedtime. I have been using it for 10 days. So far, it has reduced my eczema inflammation, eliminated my insomnia, improved energy and metabolism, in the morning I feel recharged and I no longer feel sleepy after a meal. Been using it for a year now. Amazing Herbs was my primary brand but am trying a different brand now. I take a tsp and follow with a local honey chaser. Took it for keratosis and it's helping. I use the black seed oil on my hair: helps with hair loss, thickening the hair, and prevention towards gray hair (for those who like to dye hair or runs in family) I get a spray bottle & fill half the bottle with cold water & then 2 table spoons of black seed oil, 4tsp of conditioner - mix well & use on wet hair before styling on curly hair and/or before doing rollers. I have been a diabetic since I was 4 yrs old. I am not telling you this because of suffering, but because of my own "self-testing". I have tested everything for myself, not only to help myself, but to help others. Like you. One thing I found out about the "under-tongue", was how quickly anything you take goes into the bloodstream. I went purposely to a low-blood sugar situation,(not recommended for those who do not know their own body functions and how fast you can fall down...), to simply see what effect my test would do. So, I first tested my BLSR( blood sugar level) level, to make sure of the amount AND effect it would have for 1 teaspoon of sugar under the tongue. Naturally, the sugar along with saliva will seep down the throat; but to clarify, I waited till I knew it had all gone via "under-the-tongue" before my next test. Approximately 55 ppm ( parts per million) is the relative testing measure used. Please notice, I am 58 now. So my testing is accurate only for me. You may vary by as much as 1 to 100 ppm. Ive been an advocate of Blackseed oil for almost 8 months. Its ben great for me and I'm a tough critic. I put it on my hair as well, as I'm balding, and it has stopped thinning as much and isn't as noticeable once I get my hair cut down to a 2" length. Let me know what your friend puts in the hair in conjunction with blacked oil. I put grape oil, castor oil, coconut conditioner oil form some natural brand, and shake it up in a bottle.

I'm amazed at the wide variety of things it"cures". Coughs,erectile problems,skin rashes,blood pressure- both high and low,sleep disorders(puts some to sleep,some get alert)some get energy,some get mellow out,it's an everything pill. Better name for it would be"placebo".

Have you heard of something called the Immune System. The Black seed oil just boosts the Immune system. It revs it up a lot.

I've been using black seed soft tabs for about 3 weeks and I've noticed that my anxiety has gone away I'm more energetic and I just feel better altogether I also have eczema and it has helped with the inflammation I love it
