Hi Vincent Thank you for your video, great advice! I recently got a like from an ex and a status view. I did not react but suspect it could have been a temperature check because he has always watched but never liked my posts before... maybe I should have liked something back in order to give him green light for truly contacting me, however, there was nothing newly posted that I could have liked from them... I ignored a few reels though a few weeks back, could like one of these but that could come across as game playing... it's not easy these days with social media...

My ex is breadcrumbing for 6 month. she keeps creating reasons for contacting me, even after i set a boundary lol its kind of funny at this point

My ex cheated on me with our coworker. She dumped him a few months ago and after her leaving the company, she has sent direct messages to me on social media with statements on how I'm doing. I reply politely and follow up with a question how she's doing but she doesn't respond. She's done this twice now, a month apart, and she likes my current posts but never responds to her own previous reach outs.
